"$60K for a 2-room Flexi? Isn't that too expensive?" 🤔

After our Punggol Central house tour, this was the question we got asked the most. So Edgar sat down to break down where the money actually went 👇

🚪 The door: instead of a standard laminate door frame, the owner opted for a concealed laminate door with an aluminium frame
🚿 The shower screen: instead of a clear glass swing panel, we went with a reeded sliding glass screen in a black powder-coated finish
🛏️ The bed frame: we added a flip-up door panel with handles

The real question isn't the cost. It's what's being done and what the homeowner gets. Every homeowner has different priorities, and there's no one size that fits all.

A fresh layout, a familiar sense of home 🏡

At The Waterside, the former TV corner became a cosy swing corner, while the old dining area made way for a library wall for books, photos and storage.

Behind the finishes, there was more to tackle. Two collapsed ceilings revealed rusted supports and leaking pipes, which were replaced before rebuilding with aluminium supports and stainless steel screws.
