🏆 Asian Five Countries Team Building Competition – Regional Winner Announced
The Asian Five Countries Team Building Competition was successfully held on 12 December 2025, bringing together teams from across the region to share and showcase impactful improvement initiatives.
Teams from the following entities participated in the competition:
• Minebea Electronics Motor (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
• Mach Aero Components Pvt Ltd - India
• PT Minebea AccessSolutions Indonesia
• Minebea AccessSolutions Vietnam Ltd
The projects presented focused on practical operational improvements aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality and productivity across manufacturing operations. Through cross-functional collaboration and structured problem-solving, the teams implemented continuous improvement initiatives that demonstrated strong teamwork, disciplined ex*****on and a shared commitment to operational excellence, cost efficiency and value creation across the region.
After careful evaluation by the judge, Mach Aero Components Pvt Ltd - India emerged as the Regional Winner. Their project demonstrated how employee engagement can be a powerful driver of productivity, yield improvement and sustainable business performance, making them a deserving regional representative for the FY2025 All MinebeaMitsumi Team Building Award Presentation.
