“Green Carbon Manufacturing plant”

reen Carbon Manufacturing plant in Iskandar industrial area with an installed capacity of 35,000 TPA operated by Strebl Green Carbon Sdn. (SGC), join venture formed by Strebl Energy Pte Ltd (Singapore), Decom Energy GmbH (Germany) and Radhe Group (India). The plant will be set up under Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW) with Approval Trader Scheme (ATS) license to be exempt from GST and import duties as well as under Investment Tax Allowance (ITA) enjoining Income tax exemption for next 10 years. The project is the first of its kind in Southeast Asia after successfully operating plant in east Europe 15 tpd (tons per day) since 2009 and 100 tpd plant in India operated since 2012. Johor plant will be 3rd plant commissioned in Q3 2016 and operated by SGC with 2 other plants under development with 100 TPD capacity to be commissioned in Q4 2016 in Thailand and Q2 2017 in Czech Republic. SGC will use technological unit supplied by Radhe group, which has been involved in development, design, supply, installation and maintenance of non-conventional & renewable energy equipment for more than two decades. The manufacturing process is based on carbonization – thermal conversion of waste hydrocarbon material in absence of oxygen into valuable Hydro Carbon products such as Recovered Carbon Black, Green Industrial Oil and in addition Carbon Credits (CERs) under Kyoto Protocol.
