Yesterday, SSMC team gained much insight from the Semiconductor Women’s Forum. The energising discussion obout Human‑First vs. Digital‑First was a powerful reminder of why this year’s theme — “Give to Gain: Empowered Actions. AI‑Readiness. Real Impact.”
The closing dialogue, “From Empowered Actions to Real Impact,” along with the Q&A with Board Chair and Professor Su‑Yen Wong, was especially inspiring. Her reflections brought home the importance of intentional leadership and purposeful action in shaping the future of our industry.
We ended the day with a relaxed and enjoyable networking dinner organised by the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association (SSIA). Our team loved reconnecting with familiar faces and meeting new peers across the semiconductor community. The conversations were open, warm and a true embodiment of the Give to Gain spirit — supporting one another, sharing experiences and growing together.
A meaningful day, wrapped up with meaningful connections.
Thank you, SSIA, for bringing the community together for yet another impactful event.
