Every year, my team comes together to support Habuan Distribution for our fellow Muslim residents in Radin Mas.

From the front-line distribution to the behind-the-scenes logistics support, together with other volunteers everyone plays an important role to ensure the process runs smoothly.

It is always heartening to see the spirit of teamwork and community care in action. Small efforts from many hands come together to make a meaningful difference for the residents we serve.

White is a gentle sea of gradient hues rippling across the sweeping lobby wall of Singapore Land Towers. This remarkable artwork by Dawn Ng Studio, completed in 2024, reflects both artistic excellence and thoughtful material expression.
The creation of a large-scale art installation required extensive research, development, and precise detailing. Equally important is its long-term care. Rather than replacement or restoration through heavy intervention, a planned and preventive maintenance approach ensures the artwork’s longevity while minimising material waste and environmental impact.
We are honoured to be appointed by the landlord to carry out the annual upkeep over the next five years, supporting sustainable asset management through careful preservation. Last weekend marked our first successful maintenance cycle, reaffirming our commitment to responsible stewardship and long-term sustainability of built-environment artworks.

The Making of Christmas Tree

Driven by a positive mindset and a shared objective, our team worked diligently behind the scenes. With the strong support of the organiser, we demonstrated that no mission is impossible.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the organiser for the recognition and for facilitating the Christmas Tree’s journey from City Square Mall to Orchard Central Podium, where it now forms part of the SG60 Heart & Soul Experience.

This marks our final community charity initiative for 2025. As we look ahead, should our company does well in the coming year, we remain committed to contributing meaningfully back to society.

This recognition is a testament to the incredible dedication, energy, and teamwork of the S-Team Services family. As a young and growing company, this award means a great deal to us — it reflects not just our hard work, but also our shared passion and perseverance.

Founded in 2020, S-Team Services Pte Ltd provides comprehensive Interior Fit-out for Residential, F&B, Project Management, Hospitality Maintenance services/contracts, and Artworks construction, supporting clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. Our goal has always been to deliver reliable, quality services built on trust, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Five years ago, I made the difficult decision to leave my previous company after nearly 25 years due to Pull & Push factor — where I had served as the Project Directors before it was sold. Starting S-Team Services as a one-man operation was both a challenge and a leap of faith. Today, we’ve grown into a committed and capable team of professionals and frontline staff who take pride in what we do.

The journey has not been without its obstacles — especially with the onset of COVID-19 right at the beginning — but through resilience, teamwork, and a willingness to learn, we turned challenges into opportunities.

I’ve always believed that learning by doing, builds real capability. Throughout my career, I took on responsibilities that others hesitated to handle, and those experiences shaped the foundation on which S-Team stands today.

This achievement belongs to every member of the S-Team family who has contributed to our success and growth over the past five years. Let’s continue striving for excellence together — with the same spirit, determination, and unity that brought us here.

29 September 2025, our team and the Radin Mas Community Development Welfare Committee members spent a meaningful morning distributing upcycled furniture and household appliances to families in need. ❤️♻️

A small act of giving, yet a big step towards sustainability and care — making homes more comfortable while giving old items a new life. 🙌♻️

While we dedicate ourselves to charity and community work, it’s equally important to have fun and stay motivated! Just look at the smiles in the photos — proof that when we give with joy, we receive happiness in return. 😊💪💖

Today marks the last day of August, and what a truly meaningful month it has been for our Managing Director, Mr. Simon Goh.

Earlier this month, he was deeply humbled to receive the 5 Years Community Service Award at the Radin Mas National Day Observance Ceremony. Not long after, he was also presented with the Outstanding Service Award in recognition of his dedication to community engagement.

These awards are not just about titles or recognition — they reflect countless hours on the ground, serving less privileged families, and championing environmental sustainability. What makes it even more special is that our whole team has had the chance to walk this journey with him, learning and growing together through the spirit of service. 💕

As August comes to a close, we carry forward the inspiration to serve with heart, purpose, and gratitude. Here’s to many more meaningful moments ahead! 🌟

Our Managing Director, Mr Simon Goh is truly honored to have been invited as the Guest of Honor to officiate Art Exhibition on 31th May 2025 for Professor Lin Mingjun's *"Mineral Pigments and Traditional Painting"* exhibition.

Lin Mingjun studied in Japan in 1991 and returned to China in 2003 as part of a talent recruitment program. He now serves as a professor and master's supervisor at the School of International Communication and Arts of Hainan University.

Among his major accolades, he was recognized as a **Leading Talent of Hainan Province in 2025**. In 2020, his work *"Silence"* was selected for the **3rd Ningbo Biennale**, among other achievements.

Professor Lin Mingjun is a renowned faculty member at the College of Arts of Hainan University, and his paintings hold significant influence in the art world. With "mineral pigments" as his medium and "traditional painting" as his soul, Mr. Lin Mingjun masterfully blends the essence of Eastern aesthetics with contemporary artistic expression. His works carry the profound history of millennia-old mineral pigments while radiating a philosophical reflection on the wonders of nature—mountain textures surge through layered mineral hues, and the breath of flora flows within interwoven greens. This *"modern reinterpretation of ancient techniques"* not only expands the dimensions of ink art but also revitalizes the timeless vitality of traditional materials.

This marks his first solo exhibition in Singapore. The exhibition runs until 8th June 2025.
