While AI adoption is growing, many organisations are still figuring out how to move beyond individual use cases and isolated experiments into something more transformative.

Recently, Prof Naomi Haefner from IMD joined us to explore what it really takes to make that shift. The discussion centred on building organisations that can learn, adapt and scale change, rather than simply deploying new technologies in isolated use cases.

Thanks to everyone who joined us, and to IMD for the collaboration ✨

Turns out developers actually do enjoy putting their tech stacks under public scrutiny 👀☕

Techies' Roast My Tech Stack at SGInnovate brought together founders, engineers and curious builders for another evening of architecture debates, technical trade-offs and live problem-solving.

From parallel workflows to evals for AI agents, the session showed how much people can learn when builders openly share what they are figuring out along the way 💻

If you’re looking to meet other builders, explore opportunities in startups or plug deeper into the Deep Tech ecosystem, come by the next roast on the first Thursday of the month ✨ https://central.sginnovate.com/hub/events/4fd73b5c-1b00-4533-b720-71c9c559777b

Most Deep Tech leaders don’t struggle because they lack information. They struggle because they’re navigating fast-moving environments where clarity rarely comes easy 👀

In this clip, Prof Ben Bryant from IMD breaks down the five leadership muscles that shape how leaders respond under pressure, navigate uncertainty and show up for the people around them 🧠

From awareness and sensemaking to mindful agency, the conversation explores why leadership in innovation-driven environments, such as in emerging tech, is less about having all the answers, and more about understanding how you lead through uncertainty in the first place.

Space startups don't just need funding, they need the right partners to grow 🚀

At , Tricia Chong, our Deputy Director and Head of SpaceTech, Investments joined investors from MUFG, IQT, elev8.vc and Chromalloy to discuss why capital still hesitates on space, and what it will take to change that.

One thread from the discussion: connecting founders with corporates beyond their immediate ecosystem matters as much as the capital itself. Domain expertise and industry relationships are what turn promising into scalable businesses.

As Singapore’s space ecosystem continues to grow, building stronger connections across global industry networks will be just as important as advancing the technology itself 🌏

Last week, we brought together founders, senior leaders and decision-makers for a with Prof Ben Bryant of IMD on what it takes to lead through uncertainty 🤔

The conversation touched on something many leaders quietly struggle with: the difference between constantly reacting and actually creating clarity, and what it means to scale yourself, not just the company.

A thoughtful session on judgment, awareness and the habits that shape how leaders show up in fast-moving environments, especially in the Deep Tech space 🎯

Look out for our interview with Prof Ben Bryant 🎥

Thanks to everyone who joined us, and to IMD for the collaboration 👏
