Project Completion: Meranti Power Office, Jurong Island
Azil is pleased to announce the successful completion of an end-to-end office design & build project for Meranti Power, located within one of Singapore's most tightly regulated industrial zones on Jurong Island.
The project was delivered with a strong emphasis on compliance-driven planning, incorporating clearly defined safety zones, controlled access between operational and administrative areas, and well-planned emergency egress routes — all in alignment with Jurong Island's stringent safety requirements.
Beyond compliance, the design prioritised workflow optimisation, with departments and shared facilities strategically positioned to support coordination across both engineering and administrative teams. Close coordination with existing building systems, including ACMV and ventilation infrastructure, ensured seamless integration and long-term operational flexibility.
We are proud to share that this project has been awarded Green Mark Platinum certification, Singapore's highest sustainability rating for the built environment.
