DLE M&E Pte Ltd is proud to celebrate the achievements of two SGIS scholars at the Singapore-Industry Scholarship (SGIS) Award Ceremony 2026.

Both scholars are currently undertaking their Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP) with DLE M&E Pte Ltd, where they are gaining valuable hands-on industry experience while applying their academic knowledge to real-world engineering projects.

At DLE, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of engineering professionals by providing meaningful industry exposure, mentorship, and opportunities to bridge classroom learning with practical application. On 6 June, our team had the privilege of visiting Epworth HomeSweetHome for our Inspire Young Engineer Programme.

Through hands-on Electrical System Experiment Kit activities, the boys explored basic electrical concepts by building simple circuits and learning how electricity works in a fun and interactive way. The session encouraged them to think critically, ask questions, and discover the practical applications of science and engineering.

By combining hands-on learning with real-world insights, we hope to spark curiosity, ignite a passion for Science, and inspire the next generation of young innovators.

A heartfelt thank you to Epworth Community Services for welcoming us and giving us the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We look forward to continuing to inspire young minds and building a brighter future together.

What an amazing afternoon and evening spent together with our DLE family at this year’s DLE Family Fit & Fun Day 2026 at HomeTeamNS @ Bedok Reservoir!

From exciting activities at Action Motion & Aqua Adventure, fun-filled Kids Gymnastics for the little ones, to a wonderful dinner gathering at ManCaves— it was truly a day filled with laughter, bonding, and unforgettable memories.

A big congratulations to all our lucky draw winners!
Every staff member walked away with a lucky draw prize, with our Top 10 finalists advancing to the final grand draw. Thank you everyone for your enthusiastic participation and support!

Nothing is more meaningful than seeing our colleagues and families come together to create such joyful moments.

Today, we are excited to welcome 14 interns from Singapore Institute of Technology to our company — 13 under the IWSP programme and 1 under the SGIS-required internship. This marks the largest intake of interns in our company so far.

At DLE, we are committed to grooming young talent and building a strong core of local Singaporean professionals, while developing local M&E expertise for Singapore’s built environment.

During this morning’s orientation, we introduced our company’s mission, vision and core values, and shared the types of projects the interns will be involved in. For the interns who joined the design and drafting department also had the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real digitalisation practices such as BIM and 3D point cloud technologies, learning how these tools are applied in project development.

Our department heads also shared insights into their respective roles and daily operations, giving the interns a better understanding of how our teams work together.

Welcome to the DLE family. We hope this journey will be a meaningful and enriching start to your careers, and we look forward to growing together while contributing to Singapore’s built environment.

Great to have Epworth Community Services join us at DLE for a meaningful lunchtime mental health talk 💬

In yesterday’s session, we explored what it truly means to build resilience, with a powerful reminder to be like bamboo — strong, flexible, and able to bend without breaking, even through life’s toughest seasons.

The session highlighted the importance of caring for our mental well-being and how resilience can be strengthened through supportive relationships, physical wellness, and financial stability. Through hands-on activities such as stress-relief massage techniques and meditation, our staff had the opportunity to unwind, learn practical coping tools, and most importantly, enjoy the experience together.

It was also a meaningful opportunity to learn more about the impactful work of Epworth Community Services, as well as reflect on the charity initiatives that our DLE team has been participated.

A big thank you to Epworth for such a fruitful and inspiring session — we look forward to more meaningful engagements ahead! 🙌
