⚓ From steel to sea, launching of IRON LADY 2 🚤

We are proud to announce the launch of IRON LADY 2 — a 13-metre mooring boat built for Naval Group Far East Pte Ltd.

Designed and constructed at Dundee Marine & Industrial Services Pte Ltd, this compact harbour workboat is built for strength, maneuverability, and dependable mooring operations.

Projects like these may be small in size, but they play a big role in keeping port operations safe and efficient.

Every launch is the result of months of hard work — from steel cutting, fabrication, outfitting, and testing — carried out by our dedicated team and partners.

We sincerely thank NAVAL GROUP Far East Pte Ltd for their trust in Dundee Marine.

Fast crew transfers start with the right boat. ⚓

Delivered in 2020, WINNING EXPRESS 18 was built as a fast and efficient 30-passenger crew boat designed for reliable harbour and coastal operations.

With principal dimensions of 15 m LOA × 4.5 m Beam × 2.1 m Depth Moulded, the vessel combines compact size with excellent stability and operational practicality.

Powered by 2 × 400 bhp main engines, she achieves a maximum speed of over 28 knots, enabling quick and efficient personnel transfer when time matters.

⚓ Back in Shape – Horizon 9 at Dundee Marine!

Dundee Marine & Industrial Services is proud to have successfully carried out the repair works for the high-speed ferry Horizon 9 at our Singapore yard.

Following the incident, our team mobilised quickly to assess the damage and carry out the necessary repairs. Through close coordination with the vessel’s representatives and surveyors, the work was completed efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

Projects like this highlight what ship repair is all about — fast response, skilled hands, and strong teamwork.

A big thank you to everyone involved for the dedication and professionalism shown throughout the repair process.

⚡🔋 Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Successfully Completed!

We have successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of the Main Switchboards for our 13-metre Electric Tug https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1MpJx8ucct/, witnessed and approved by Bureau Veritas Group (BV) Class. ✅

The FAT was carried out at Danfoss Power Solutions’ facility, marking another major milestone as we move closer to delivering our first fully electric tug — advancing cleaner, smarter, and more sustainable harbour craft solutions. ⚓🌱

Our sincere appreciation to GEMA Engineering Services, our system integrator, for their excellent support and coordination, and to Electromech Electrical Enterprise Co. Pte Ltd, the switchboard builder, for their quality workmanship.

Special thanks as well to Danfoss for hosting and facilitating the FAT, and to our dedicated team and Bureau Veritas Group's surveyors for their professionalism and commitment. 👏

⚓🚢 Keel Laying Ceremony – 20m Utility Boat “EMARAT TWO”

🎉 We are delighted to celebrate another successful keel laying this month — the 20-metre Utility Boat “EMARAT TWO”, held on 21 October 2025 at our yard! 🙌

Following the successful delivery of “EMARAT ONE”, our valued client CTM Ship Supply Pte Ltd has once again placed their trust in us with a repeat order — this time for a 20-metre Utility Boat — a true testament to our proven quality and performance.

“EMARAT TWO” will feature an aluminium hull, be BV classed, and powered by SDEC main engines — purpose-built for durability, efficiency, and reliable operation in demanding coastal and utility roles.

This milestone marks the official commencement of construction as our team continues to uphold the highest standards of workmanship and engineering excellence.
