Customer thought the aircon was getting weak… but the real issue was a choked cooling coil & drain pipe. 💧❄️

The homeowner noticed:
* Weak cooling performance 🌬️
* Water leaking from the indoor unit 💦

Many people immediately assume the aircon gas is low, but blocked cooling coil & drainage can also affect cooling performance and moisture removal.

Our team inspected the system and found a choked cooling coil & clogged drain pipe (removes water produced during cooling) restricting proper water flow due to a blockage (dirt buildup that prevents smooth water flow). After clearing the blockage and servicing the unit, cooling performance improved again. 🛠️✅
