Tổng Giám đốc Petrolimex Singapore diện kiến Tổng thống Sri Lanka nhân chuyến thăm Việt Nam

Hà Nội, ngày 5 tháng 5 năm 2025 – Nhân dịp chuyến thăm chính thức của Ngài Ranil Wickremesinghe, Tổng thống nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Dân chủ Sri Lanka, đến Việt Nam, Tổng Giám đốc Công ty TNHH MTV Petrolimex Singapore – ông Đỗ Đông Đức – đã vinh dự được diện kiến và trình bày nguyện vọng hợp tác đầu tư, mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh của Petrolimex Singapore tại thị trường Sri Lanka.

Tại buổi tiếp, ông Đỗ Đông Đức đã bày tỏ mong muốn được đóng góp vào quá trình phát triển thương mại năng lượng giữa hai quốc gia, thông qua việc cung cấp các sản phẩm xăng dầu chất lượng cao, đảm bảo nguồn cung ổn định và giá cả cạnh tranh cho thị trường Sri Lanka. Ông cũng nhấn mạnh kinh nghiệm và năng lực của Petrolimex Singapore trong việc điều hành hoạt động nhập khẩu – xuất khẩu nhiên liệu tại khu vực châu Á – Thái Bình Dương.

Ngài Tổng thống Sri Lanka hoan nghênh thiện chí hợp tác từ phía Petrolimex Singapore và khẳng định sẽ chỉ đạo các cơ quan chức năng liên quan của Sri Lanka tạo điều kiện thuận lợi để thúc đẩy tiến trình nghiên cứu và triển khai dự án trong thời gian tới.
Cuộc gặp gỡ không chỉ mở ra cơ hội hợp tác mới cho Petrolimex Singapore mà còn góp phần tăng cường quan hệ hữu nghị và hợp tác kinh tế giữa Việt Nam và Sri Lanka.

Building on its success as the first company to introduce Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to Vietnam, contributing to the development of renewable energy and environmental protection, Petrolimex Singapore Pte Ltd is proud to announce that it has officially received the ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification), reinforcing the company's strong commitment to maintaining and developing sustainable products while minimizing environmental impact.

On April 7, 2025, in Singapore, Petrolimex Singapore Pte Ltd officially received the ISCC certificates from SGS, a leading global certification body with a long-standing reputation for credibility and expertise in sustainability certification. SGS is authorized by ISCC to assess and certify organizations that meet the required sustainability standards for reducing carbon emissions and protecting the environment.

1. ISCC EU (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification EU) This certification ensures that the production and supply chain of biofuels, renewable energy, and other sustainable products meet the European Union's sustainability criteria. It focuses on reducing greenhouse gas emissions, promoting biodiversity, and ensuring ethical sourcing.

2. ISCC CORSIA (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification CORSIA) This certification is related to the CORSIA (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation) program, which aims to offset emissions from international flights. It ensures that biofuels used in aviation meet sustainability standards and contribute to reducing the aviation industry’s carbon footprint.

3.
