At the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore - MPA's Joint Oil Spill Exercise (JOSE) 2026, we put our unmanned capabilities into action, demonstrating how our unmanned aerial vehicles and unmanned surface vessels could potentially support oil spill response, including detecting spills, applying dispersants, and deploying and towing containment booms.

It is one example of how we are exploring new applications for unmanned technologies to address practical challenges at sea.

Our newest airframe MRO facility is officially open!

Located at Changi Creek within Changi Airport, it is our fourth airframe MRO facility in Singapore, enhancing our capacity to meet growing global demand for maintenance. The facility increases our widebody airframe MRO capacity by 40% in Singapore, potentially enabling us to service 100 more widebody aircraft each year.

Designed for a new generation of airframe maintenance, the facility integrates digitalisation, automation and AI to improve efficiency, visibility and maintenance outcomes. These technologies will complement the expertise and judgement of our engineers and technicians, who will be equipped with the digital and AI skills to use them effectively.

🤖 The next wave of AI is moving into the physical world.

As a key partner of the new Home Team Humanoid Robotics Centre (H2RC) by HTXSG, we are helping to accelerate the development and deployment of embodied AI and robotics capabilities for public safety applications.
