We have an easily accessible store front in CBD Singapore and the production team is also located locally to make sure our goods are 100% made in Singapore. Such arrangement made it possible to create an efficient ordering and RMA system, unlike many other brands who outsource production to cheaper labor countries, in the event of RMA, it takes weeks or even months to conclude.
