RECRUITMENT

Job Title : Customer Service Executive (ACMV / Aircon Industry)
Location : Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Company : Established Singapore ACMV Servicing Firm (20+ years in aircon maintenance, repair & mechanical ventilation)

🔧 Job Scope :
1. Attend to incoming customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries for aircon breakdown checking, servicing, installation, and booking.
2. Arrange technician schedules, follow up on job orders, handle customer complaints, and perform after-sales follow-up.
3. Prepare quotations, input job data into company system, and perform daily customer reconciliation.
4. Basic knowledge of common air-conditioning systems is preferred but not mandatory.

🕒 Working Hours :
• Monday to Friday : 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Saturday : Half day (home-based, standard office hours)

✅ Requirements :
• Good working attitude
• Open to : Singaporeans, SPRs, Malaysians
• For Malaysians : Minimum SPM certificate (required for MOM work permit application)
