Often and the most commonly asked questions from customers ''IF I HAVE A PRECLEANER, WHY DO I NEED A SECONDARY CLEANER" ?

Precleaners will only clean 70% of the carryback. For some sites and some materials, this is good enough. However, some applications with sticky, abrasive materials will require secondary and tertiary cleaners to produce the best results. There are also plants with overland conveyors or port facilities with environmental standards to meet. It is important for carryback to be as minimal as possible and maintenance team should always keep in mind that carryback isn’t a simple issue as it can lead to belt mistracking, spillage, and rapid component wear (belt, rollers, etc), including a lot of safety issues.
