Does your magnetic side gate still open when you pull it hard? Don't rush to buy a new lock! 🛑🧲

Watch this video. The metal plate holding the magnet is completely loose! Magnetic locks are very strong, but the two metal parts must touch perfectly flat to lock properly. Because this bracket was shaking, the magnet couldn't grip tightly, making the gate very easy to force open.

We installed a waterproof number keypad for this beautiful side gate. Just type your PIN code (di-di-di-di!), hear the "click", and push the gate open!

For the lock, we used the heavy-duty Viro electric lock. Why is this specific lock so good? Because it still has a manual keyhole on the outside! If there is a sudden blackout or power trip in your estate, you don't have to panic. You can still use your physical key to get in.

Super convenient for the kids coming back from school, and very secure for the whole family! 👷‍♂️✨

Oh no! Someone accidentally drove into the autogate motor! 😱🚗

Accidents happen, and we see this a lot. The force of the car hitting the gate arm was so strong that it completely tore the metal bracket right out of the concrete wall! Just look at the first two photos to see the damage.

Many people would panic, thinking they need to spend thousands of dollars to buy a whole new motor. But when we went down to check, we found out the motor was actually still working perfectly! It was just the metal holder that was broken.

To save the homeowner money, we did some heavy metal work. We made a brand new, super-strong bracket, drilled fresh holes into the wall, and welded everything back together so it is solid and safe again. Honest checking saves you money! 🛠️🏡

Remember the estate gate we showed you a few days ago? Here is a close-up of the scary part where the motor almost pulled out of the wall! 😱

Gate motor suddenly look like it's going to drop out from the wall?! Very scary, but don't panic!
Watch this close-up! A lot of people think their whole gate system is broken when this happens. Actually, we installed this FAAC motor for the estate many years ago, and the machine is still working perfectly!

So why did it come loose? Because this estate has high traffic, the strong motor pushes and pulls the heavy gate every single day. Over the years, the old concrete wall naturally became a bit soft, and the metal anchors just lost their grip and pulled out.

Our team came down, checked the pillar, and put in brand new, heavy-duty anchors to remount it securely. Honest checks mean no need to buy a brand new motor! 👷‍♂️🔧
