Another Raising the Bar has come to an end.
For the 7th year, Huliot Group’s global leadership team came together for a few days to step away from the day-to-day, look at our businesses from different perspectives, challenge our thinking, and prepare for the year ahead.

This year, we worked around three simple questions:
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗞𝗘𝗘𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗚? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘? 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗙𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗦? Because growth isn’t always about adding more.

Sometimes, raising the bar means protecting what already works, having the courage to let go of what no longer serves us, and putting our energy where it can make the biggest difference.
There were great conversations, difficult questions, new perspectives, plenty of laughter—and some ambitious goals for 2027.
We left with sharper priorities, clearer choices, and a stronger sense of where to focus.

And now, the next phase begins: our “Waterfall” process.
Each company / business unit will take the thinking forward with its own management team—translating the priorities into departmental goals and continuing to build the 2027 work plan from the inside out. And perhaps that’s what Raising the Bar is really about.

In the 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞 system, the use of a plain-end pipe is an engineering decision designed to streamline the entire installation process.

A plain-end pipe enables 𝗺𝗮𝘅𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵, 𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 chamfering and removing the need for lubricants. The result is fewer installation steps, faster and simpler installation, and reduced material waste on site. Combined with 𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞’𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸-𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗺, the system is designed to save time, improve installation accuracy, and make installers' work more efficient.
