🥰 When a 6300 kN press comes together like a giant LEGO set.

What looks like LEGO in the picture is actually one of the most powerful machines in our factory.
Over the past years, we’ve installed two large Mossini presses — from digging foundations to the final bolt.
Seeing them come together was a moment of teamwork, engineering and patience.

These presses allow us to produce:
🔩 Deep-drawn and high-precision steel components
🛞 Custom metal rims and assemblies
⚙️ Multi-stage stamped parts

All manufactured under one roof — including powder coating and zinc plating.

We’re proud to present a major milestone in our production capabilities.

Over the past few years, we’ve installed two state-of-the-art presses in our factory and captured the full process in a dynamic time-lapse.

At LIV Systems and Vlukon, we process steel and manufacture the metal products you rarely think about, yet depend on every day. From wheels in ski lifts to wheels under shopping trolleys, from wheelbarrows and washing machine parts to components for agricultural vehicles, our products keep Europe moving.

In 2018, Frank Gregorčič and Floris van Konijnenburg took over LIV Systems from the Slovenian state bank. Since then, they have reinvested every euro earned back into the company to modernise our facilities and build towards a sustainable future, ready for nearshoring and reshoring in Europe. This video captures the crowning achievement of those efforts: the installation of two new giant Mossini presses – efficient, sustainable, and ready to double our production capacity. Our aim with this timelapse is not only to showcase our technical capabilities, but also to demonstrate to new OEM partners what we can contribute to their projects.

We extend our gratitude to the entire LIV team, led by director Damjan Slivlij, for their hard work, dedication and craftsmanship. These presses represent more than a milestone; they are a leap forward for our processing and deep-drawing capacity for the European industry.
