Back from Swiss Biotech Day in Basel.

Two days of strong meetings, new contacts, and useful conversations with companies from the biotech and pharma industry.

For Žust-Al, this is the right place to be.

We support demanding industries with precision CNC machining, EDM wire erosion, TIG/MIG/MAG welding, laser welding, and advanced materials like titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy, aluminium, and stainless steel.

Now, the real work continues.

For more than 30 years, ŽustAl has been building expertise in high-precision CNC machining and welding of demanding materials. Working with one of the world’s leading scientific institutions has pushed us to the highest standards of precision, repeatability, traceability, and continuous improvement.

This year's winter teambuilding event at ZustAl d.o.o. was truly exceptional.
We had the privilege of welcoming Darko Duric, a Paralympic swimmer and inspirational speaker, to share his incredible journey with us.

Darko’s story is one of resilience and triumph over adversity. Despite being born with a disability and facing early life challenges, he became a great Paralympic athlete, a world record holder, and now, an inspiring speaker. Hearing him say, "Your limits are often just opportunities you haven’t yet embraced" was profoundly motivational for us all.

After Darko's uplifting presentation, we continued our tradition with a hike, followed by an evening of celebration. This experience not only reinvigorated our spirits but also inspired us to approach both our work and personal lives with renewed passion and resilience.
