A photo throwback to the European Deposit Return Systems Association (EDRSA) Conference, which took place two weeks ago in Bratislava.

We are proud to have been among the main partners of this event, bringing together industry leaders shaping the future of European recycling.

Sensoneo brought a strong technology perspective and proven DRS expertise to the discussion.

Our CEO, Martin Basila, was among the main speakers, presenting our hands-on experience with DRS and our perspective on AI. Based on the reactions from the audience, his presentation was one of the key highlights of the conference, combining practical experience, real-world challenges, technological opportunities, and a fresh perspective on how DRS can continue to scale safely and effectively.

Furthermore, we presented a live showcase of our latest Smart DRS innovative technology, demonstrating how hardware and software must work together to optimize DRS for both single-use and reuse systems.

Poháromaty Smart DRS umožňujú okamžité vrátenie zálohy za vratné poháre priamo na platobnú kartu bez potreby akejkoľvek aplikácie, registrácie, či skenovania kódov. Stačí priložiť platobnú kartu.

Vďaka automatizácii a bezkontaktnej platbe je personál odbremenený od preberania pohárov a manipulácie s hotovosťou, vďaka čomu sa môže naplno venovať obsluhe návštevníkov.

Počas hokejových Majstrovstiev sveta hráčov do 18 rokov sa cez automaty Smart DRS každý deń vrátilo a vyplatilo približne 5000 vratných pohárov. Šampionát tak preukázal, ako môžu veľké podujatia úspešne kombinovať udržateľnosť a komfort.

🔊 Sensoneo s hrdosťou prináša svoju dcérsku Smart DRS technológiu na Svetový hokejový šampionát hráčov do 18 rokov, aby sme dokázali, že udržateľnosť môže byť pohodlná!🙂

Všetky nápoje na štadiónoch sa podávajú vo vratných pohároch. Pri kúpe nápoja návštevníci zaplatia zálohu 3 €, ktorú si môžu okamžite nechať vrátiť prostredníctvom Smart DRS poháromatov umiestnených na štadiónoch v Bratislave aj Trenčíne.

Systém je plne automatizovaný a nevyžaduje žiadnu registráciu ani sťahovanie aplikácie. Fanúšik jednoducho vloží jeden alebo viac pohárov do zariadenia a priloží platobnú kartu. Záloha je mu automaticky vrátená v priebehu niekoľkých sekúnd.

Riešenie Smart DRS ukazuje, že udržateľnosť nemusí byť komplikovaná a veľké podujatia a festivaly môžu úspešne spájať inovácie, pohodlie aj udržateľnosť.

Hokejový šampionát organizovaný Hockey Slovakia zavádza inovatívny systém vratných pohárov Smart DRS by Sensoneo.

Na Majstrovstvách sveta IIHF v ľadovom hokeji hráčov do 18 rokov 2026 v Bratislave a Trenčíne budú nápoje podávané výhradne do vratných pohárov s unikátnym dizajnom vytvoreným špeciálne pre tento šampionát.

Automatizovaný Smart Reuse systém umožní fanúšikom vrátiť pohár kedykoľvek a získať zálohu späť priamo na platobnú kartu v priebehu niekoľkých sekúnd bez aplikácie, bez registrácie a bez manipulácie s hotovosťou prostredníctvom poháromatov rozmiestnených na štadiónoch.

Na šampionáte v Bratislave aj Trenčíne sa budú všetky nápoje podávať výhradne do špeciálne navrhnutých vratných pohárov s unikátnym dizajnom vytvoreným pre MS U18 🏒!

➡ väčšie pohodlie pre fanúšikov

Zálohu za pohár 3 € získajú návštevníci späť jednoducho, bez čakania a priamo na kartu v špeciálnych Poháromatoch umiestnených v blízkosti bufetov, pri východoch zo štadiónov a vo fan zóne.

🤗 Stačí:
1. Vložiť pohár do automatu.
2. Priložiť platobnú kartu.
3. Získať zálohu späť za pár sekúnd.

🌏 It has been 5 days since the launch of the Deposit Return Scheme in Singapore!

As of 1 April 2026, consumers in Singapore can return eligible plastic and metal beverage containers (150 ml – 3 L) with a 10¢ refundable deposit through a growing network of Return Right machines across the country.

Sensoneo is proud to support this important milestone as an IT solution provider, helping ensure efficient operations and transparent data management.

Deposit Return Schemes are proven to significantly improve collection rates and keep valuable materials in circulation, supporting a stronger circular economy and reducing waste.

Via Pribina, a consortium composed of VINCI Concessions and Meridiam, is using our smart sensors to monitor salt reserves in silos in real time.
