So we’re wrapping up the 5th day of , with today’s topic focused on .

This morning, I had the chance to share my knowledge with our office team while introducing a new clock-in system. It was great to see the positive energy, the willingness to learn together, and all the questions and support along the way.

Had a great start to the day at work — lovely coffee ☕ and some learning together on our GO1 platform.

Today marked Day 4 of at Beck & Pollitzer, with a topic “Learn from Problems.” A great reminder that even challenging days bring valuable lessons and help us grow as a team.

Grateful for the positive atmosphere in the office and for insightful discussions, and the support we share every day.

My colleague Maria had the opportunity to take part in . Maria joined an invitation from our supplier, where the morning coffee break was followed by very useful resources, discussions, and valuable insights shared with the group.
This week truly is all about learning, sharing knowledge, and strengthening teamwork and networks. 😊 👏

Learning at Work Week - Day 2 👉 Learn from Experience

Sometimes the best lessons come straight from everyday work. During a task at a height of 3 m, we realized that using a standard Y‑type safety harness doesn’t always provide enough protection at lower heights.
This experience helped us rethink our approach.

We switched to a self‑retracting fall arrest system, improving safety and preventing floor contact in case of a fall.

That’s what learning from experience is all about.
