Some materials are simply harder to sort than others.

Especially when the product is measured in fractions of a millimeter.
Clover, mustard, rapeseed, phacelia or psyllium seeds may look simple, but when fractions get this small, optical sorting becomes a real technological challenge. Stable feeding, precise detection and extremely accurate rejection suddenly matter far more than machine size.

This is exactly where the MEYER CS optical sorter proves its value. Equipped with UHD cameras, up to 80 maglev ejectors per chute, and a feeding system designed specifically for very small materials, it enables precise separation even in the finest fractions.
