𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤 at where it all began.

More than three years ago, we delivered the first 𝟔𝟎𝟎-𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨-𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 for this valued client, one of 🇫🇷 France’s leading industrial manufacturers. This project combined 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫, 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧, and 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

This press, integrated with 𝟕-𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐬, set a new standard in 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲, and 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲. It introduced innovations such as:

▪️ Controlled access for full traceability
▪️ Variable-speed servomotor for energy savings and noise reduction
▪️ Automatic tunnel spray lubrication with self-cleaning
▪️ Automated tool shuttle and mobile turntable for safe, rapid tool and part handling.

▪️ 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥: The Siemens 12” HMI touchscreen offers centralised management and optimal readability of production parameters. The operator benefits from simplified ergonomics for precise control of the process.

▪️ 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: The integrated conveyor, featuring a height adjustment of ±50 mm, ensures a fast and flexible ejection of finished parts into the collection bin, thus optimising the post-operation production flow.

▪️ 𝐀𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: The line is equipped with a foil winder positioned upstream of the press. Its role is to remove the protective film from the strip before the operation, which is essential for keeping finished parts scratch-free and ready for delivery.

Hi, my name is Martin. I am an Electro-Designer at BLISS-BRET.

⚡ My work focuses on designing electrical schematics for our mechanical and hydraulic presses. I also specify cabling and all necessary components to ensure each machine operates reliably and safely.

I’m not just a “schematic designer.” I don’t mind putting on overalls—I also wire and test the systems I design. This mix of desk work and hands-on practice lets me see the full picture, from the first draft to a fully functional machine.
