Project of newly built container for an air supply unit. The dimensions of this special container are 6x2.4x3.2m. The custom made container is fully insulated with 100mm mineral wool, covered with zinc coated sheet metal plates. The floor of the module is also insulated. The roof is equipped with a hatch for maintenance and inspection. Inside the container, the floor is made of painted steel checker plate . The air supply was also a key element for the design, therefore one of the personal doors was equipped with louvers.

Project of rebuilding 10ft sea containers. For these special containers we have personal door in original container doors. The entire container is insulated with mineral wool and covered by perforated zinc coated sheet metal plates. On the top we have couple of C-rails for equipment installation. The container is treated with C3 level of anti-corrosion protection based on ISO 12944.

9x2.4x3m special container for compressor unit. The interior of this custom-made container unit is fully insulated with 100mm mineral wool, finished with perforated zinc coated sheet metal panels. The floor of this special unit is also fully insulated. As the demand for air supply, inside the container, was high, we have installed two sets of double door type louvers. These openings were then reinforced with container locking rods, in order to ensure sufficient static load design.

Project of 12m long container with container doors on both sides of the special module. Further the custom made container is equipped with 3 personal doors and 1 double door. The special container is insulated with 50mm mineral wool covered with zinc coated sheet metal in cassette form. Floor of the container consists of painted steel checker plate. C-rails inside the special container serves as mounting points for the equipment installation.

Special size refurbished container. This project concerns 20ft 1C container (6058x2438x2438mm). Insulation of the containers is made of 50mm mineral wool, covered with zinc coated sheet. Further the special container is fitted with a separation wall and fixation rail system. Behind the container doors, we have installed a support frame for outside AC units. The interior is also equipped with brackets for cable tray installations.

One of our projects of 40ft special containers. The floor of this container is completely insulated, and the interior is fitted with fire resistant sandwich panels. The special container is also equipped with certified fire-resistant doors. Inside the custom made container we have installed separate double floor and support frames for cabinets. The outside and inside of the special containers is further equipped with C-rails for further equipment insulation, and several MCT type frames.

One of our projects of 20ft HC “one way” refurbished container. This special container has certified fire resistant insulation and certified fire-resistant door. The custom-made container is further equipped with double flooring, support frames for cabinets and special alcove next to the door. The interior of this special container has several mounting points for AC, cable trays and other equipment. This special project is treated with C5-M anti-corrosion protection.

20ft special Genset container with dismountable front-end wall. Custom made container insulated with perforated zinc coated sheet metal plates. The floor is fitted with flat bars as mounting supports for the Genset. Two walls of the special container are fitted with louvers from the outside and motorized louvers from the inside. Ceiling and walls are equipped with C-rails for mounting of equipment.
