Automatická frézovacia bunka pre plastové diely / Automated Milling Cell for Plastic Parts

Operátor umiestni plastový diel na jednu zo 3 staníc stola. Systém skontroluje prítomnosť dielu. Ak je diel správny a je prisatý, indikátor sa zmení na zeleno. Operátor stlačí povoľovacie tlačidlo, systém zatvorí rolovacie dvere a robotické rameno diel ofrézuje podľa zvoleného programu. Po dokončení sa dvere otvoria, diel sa uvoľní a operátor ho odoberie, čím sa proces opakuje.

EN: The operator places the plastic part on one of the three stations of the table. The system checks for the presence of the part. If the part is correct and properly secured, the indicator turns green. The operator presses the release button, the system closes the roll-up doors, and the robotic arm mills the part according to the selected program. Once completed, the doors open, the part is released, and the operator removes it, repeating the process.

Stroj slúži na automatické podávanie dielov medzi operáciou lisovania a zváracou bunkou, vrátane separácie nezhodných dielov. Manipulátor komunikuje s predchádzajúcim pracoviskom lisovania cez PLC. Po príchode dielu manipulátor diel odoberie, na základe signálu o jeho kvalite (OK/NOK) ho uloží na výstupný dopravník zváracej bunky alebo do NOK boxu. Poloha výstupného dopravníka je kontrolovaná senzorom, aby bol diel správne uložený medzi kolieska, preto je pri jeho výmene potrebné presné nastavenie. Následne sa manipulátor vracia po ďalší diel.

EN: The machine is used for automatic part feeding between the pressing operation and the welding cell, including the separation of non-conforming parts. The manipulator communicates with the previous pressing workstation via PLC. After a part arrives, the manipulator picks it up and, based on the quality signal (OK/NOK), places it either on the output conveyor of the welding cell or into the NOK box.

The position of the output conveyor is monitored by a sensor to ensure the part is correctly placed between the conveyor rollers. Therefore, precise adjustment is required when replacing the sensor, as incorrect positioning may lead to collisions. After placing the part, the manipulator returns to pick up the next one.

Frézovacia bunka je určená na presné obrábanie plastových dielov pomocou robotického ramena. Operátor na nakladacej a vykladacej pozícii umiestňuje diely na otočný stôl so štyrmi stanicami, ktorý ich následne presunie do pracovnej zóny. Počas procesu sú diely automaticky ofrézované a vzniknutý odpad je odvedený na výstupný dopravník. Po ukončení operácie sa stôl vráti do východiskovej polohy a systém vytlačí etiketu.

EN: The milling cell is designed for precise machining of plastic parts using a robotic arm. At the loading and unloading position, the operator places the parts onto a rotary table with four stations, which then transfers them to the working area. During the process, the parts are automatically milled and the generated waste is removed via an output conveyor. After the operation is completed, the table returns to its initial position and the system prints a label.

Automatizácia linky, ktorá slúži na manipuláciu dielov v procese ich obrábania. Diely sú manipulované pomocou robotických ramien a dopravníkov medzi jednotlivými obrábacími strojmi. Zariadenie bolo najskôr navrhnuté, skonštruované a odskúšané v interných dielenských podmienkach našej firmy, následne demontované a transportované k zákazníkovi, kde prebehla jeho opätovná montáž a uvedenie do prevádzky.

Automation of a production line used for handling parts during the machining process. The parts are transferred between individual machining machines using robotic arms and conveyors. The system was first designed, built, and tested under the company’s internal workshop conditions, then disassembled and transported to the customer’s site, where it was reassembled and commissioned.
