The wait is over: after 6 months of renovation, our new cafeteria at Fischer TireTech Germany is officially open—and we couldn’t be happier with the result 🎉

With a modernized space and a completely new concept, we’ve created more than just a place to eat. Our colleagues can now enjoy a wide selection of lunches, fresh salads 🥗, fruits 🍎, baked goods 🥐, snacks, and beverages ☕—available 24/7 through a simple and convenient self-service system with digital checkout.

🎉 Proud to be a Scout -Working together for the dual apprenticeship

Last week, Fischer TireTech Germany GmbH, represented by our Head of Education Markus Petterich, was honored in Munich for 10 years of service as an IHK Training Scout.

For a decade, we have collaborated with IHK Bayreuth to actively support and shape career guidance and dual apprenticeship in our region. We are especially proud of our trainees and new professionals—our talents of tomorrow. 🌟

In February, our German team had the pleasure of participating in two exciting career fairs:

🔹 BMM – BerufeMesse Mainleus
The main question was: “Which education fits best for me?”
We presented three apprenticeship programs:
· Industrial Mechanic 👷‍♂️
· Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering ⚡
· Mechatronics Technician 🤖

Yesterday we celebrated International Women’s Day, but for us, every day is a great opportunity to celebrate and appreciate one another. 🌸 We made a little personal note for each colleague – because we believe it's not about what we give, but that we take the time to think of each other. These moments remind us how special it is to work together as a team, support each other, and also have fun along the way. 😉

After one year, we see that this was the right step – enabling growth for our teams 👥, creating new opportunities, and fostering connections across locations 🌐.
