🤝 We were pleased to host our colleagues from Safe Benelux here at Safe Central Europe last week.

🏗️ As part of the visit, we visited one of our biggest construction sites right now on the D11 Trutnov–State Border. Work is currently proceeding on the assembly of the second section of the support structure, which combines two systems: Polysystem (Poly) and Scafom Power System (SPS). 💪

We would like to thank our colleagues from SAFE Benelux for their visit and our team at the construction site for their excellent presentation of the project and the technical solutions used. 👷‍♂️👍

5/6 Almost done!

🚧As part of the new bypass of Častolovice, we are participating in the construction of Bridge SO 203 over the Kněžná River.

🏗️A total of 6 concrete sections of the two-beams bridge deck are being formed using the Meccano + H20 formwork system. The formwork itself is movable between individual sections, which streamlines and accelerates the construction of the supporting structure. The formwork is based on the Polysystem support structure. Of course, the construction also bridge a railway and a locall stream, which are supported by steel beams and are thus integrated into the overall structure of the supporting framework.

We are now preparing for the concrete pour of the final section, which will complete the bridge deck by the end of May this year. 👷‍♂️👍

M - silnice 🤝 SAFE

🌏This week, as part of the introductory program, nine of our colleagues from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Poland visited colleagues from Safe Benelux at the headquarters in Beek en Donk.

During their stay, they get valuable insights into our internal processes, expanded their knowledge of our product portfolio, and participated in on-site tour at a construction site in Eindhoven. This experience allowed them to better understand the standards, cooperation and culture that define Safe. 👷‍♂️👍

Thank you to our colleagues at Safe Benelux for the warm welcome and the excellently organized program. 👏

📍31st International Symposium MOSTY/Bridges 2026

Last week, as part of the annual conference held in Brno, we had the opportunity to learn about the latest developments across the bridge engineering sector and meet with inspiring experts, business partners, and also with friends. 👷‍♂️👍

The MOSTY Symposium focuses primarily on the design, construction, reconstruction, and maintenance of road and railway bridges in the Czech Republic.

▫️39 companies at the exhibition
▫️Over 800 participants

We would like to thank the speakers for their interesting presentations and contributions, and the organizers for the excellent event. 👏

Not only scaffolding! 💪

Although most people associate SAFE company mainly with scaffolding, our team has long been involved in the assembly of complex formwork shapes as well.

Here are few photos from one of our recent projects – formwork with variable beam heights and widths, including curved sections near the cross beams.

This project concerns the bridge on the R4 road in Prešov, Slovakia – part of the city’s northern bypass.

For our carpenters, that’s no problem – it’s everyday work where precision, experience, and good coordination matter most. Each project requires an individual approach, and we enjoy technical challenges that let us showcase the full range of our capabilities.

Because where others see complex shapes and difficult solutions, we see a job well done. 👷‍♂️👍

Nejen podpěrná kosntrukce! 💪

Ačkoli si většina lidí společnost SAFE spojuje hlavně s podpěrnou skruží, náš tým se již dlouho zabývá také montáží bednění složitých tvarů.

Zde je několik fotografií z jednoho z našich nedávných projektů – bednění s proměnlivými výškami a šířkami trámů, včetně zakřivených částí v blízkosti příčníků.

Tento projekt je součástí nově budovaného úseku na silnici R4 v Prešově na Slovensku – části severního obchvatu města.

Pro naše tesaře to není žádný problém – je to každodenní práce, kde nejvíce záleží na přesnosti, zkušenostech a dobré koordinaci. Každý projekt vyžaduje individuální přístup a my rádi čelíme technickým výzvám, kde vyniknout právě naše zkušenosti a schopnosti.

Protože tam, kde ostatní vidí složité tvary a obtížná řešení, my vidíme dobře odvedenou práci. 👷‍♂️👍

🚧 Prague - Smíchov railway station

This railway station is the third busiest station in Prague and is also an important train connection between Prague and western and southern Bohemia. Due to high traffic volume, the station is currently undergoing modernization.🚉

As part of the station’s modernization and expansion, a new footbridge over the tracks is being built, along with bridges on Nádražní Street and Hořejší nábřeží.

Safe is providing Polysystem support structures and Meccano formwork for a total of three bridge structures on this project: SO 30-22-01.1 – pedestrian footbridge, SO 201B – southern railway overpass, SO 202B – northern railway overpass. Another delivery from Safe is Meccano and Master Ringer formwork, which is used in the construction of atypical pillars with a spreading floor plan . Last but not least, Ringscaff stair towers are being used on the construction site to provide safe access to the formwork structure and the newly built bridges. As part of this project, we are providing the client with turnkey services, including the assembly and complete control of the formwork structure by our experience colleagues. 👷‍♂️👍

🚧 Společnost Safe na tomto projektu dodává podpěrnou konstrukci Polysystem a bednění Meccano u celkem 3 mostních objektů: SO 30-22-01.1 – lávka pro pěší, SO 201B – jižní přemostění kolejiště, SO 202B – severní přemostění kolejiště. Další dodávkou společnosti Safe je bednění Meccano a Master Ringer, které je použito při realizaci atypických půdorysně se rozvíjejících pilířů. V neposlední řadě jsou na stavbě použity schodišťové věže Ringscaff, které slouží k bezpečnému přístupu ke konstrukci bednění a nově budovaným mostům. V rámci této stavby zákazníkovi dodáváme komplexní služby na klíč, tedy i včetně montáže a kompletní kontroly stavby bednění našimi zkušenými kolegy.👷‍♂️👍

Na nově vznikajícím úseku silnice I/35 Lešná - Palačov dodáváme bednění pilířů a opěr. Bednění je navržena ze systému Meccano, který efektivně řeší konstrukční tvar monolitických konstrukcí, jak v prvním betonářském taktu, tak ve druhém betonářském taktu, kde je pracovní plošina pro založení bednění řešena zavěšenými konzolami. 👷🏼‍♂️👍🏼

On the newly built section of the I/35 Lešná - Palačov road, we supply formwork for pillars. The formwork is designed from the Meccano system, which effectively solves the structural shape of monolithic structures, both in the first concreting phase and in the second concreting phase, where the working platform for formwork is solved by suspended consoles. 👷🏼‍♂️👍🏼

Jsme velice rádi, že můžeme být součástí rekonstrukce takovéto historické stavby, jakou je kamenný Marcheggský viadukt. 🏗️

V předchozích měsících jsme pro našeho partnera, společnost Porr, nedaleko Devínské Nové Vsi navrhli a smontovali podpěrnou konstrukci Poly k sanaci více než 170 let starých kamenných kleneb. Technické řešení vyžadovalo přesnost, tak aby došlo k rovnoměrnému rozložení zatížení od sanovaných kleneb. Tato historická konstrukce je součástí železniční tratě z Vídně do Bratislavy přes Marchegg a byla otevřena 10. srpna roku 1848. Jednalo se tenkrát o první železniční trať na Slovensku. Po vybudování úseku Bratislava – Vác spojovala od 16. prosince roku 1850 Vídeň s Budapeští. Po této trati jezdil i slavný Orient expres. 👷🏼‍♂️👍🏼

PORR 🤝🏻 SAFE

We are very happy to be part of the reconstruction of such a historical building as the stone viaduct of Marchegg.🏗️

In the previous months we designed and assembled a Poly support structure for our partner, Porr, near Devínská Nová Ves to rehabilitate the more than 170-year-old stone arches. The technical solution required precision so that the load from the rehabilitated vaults was distributed evenly. This historic structure is part of the railway line from Vienna to Bratislava via Marchegg and was opened on 10 August 1848. At that time it was the first railway line in Slovakia. After the construction of the Bratislava-Vác section, it connected Vienna with Budapest from 16 December 1850. The famous Orient Express also ran on this line.👷🏼‍♂️👍🏼

Jsme rádi, že Vám můžeme oznámit, že naše společnost SAFE pro střední Evropu letos hrdě slaví neuvěřitelných 10 let svého působení! 🎊 Od našich skromných začátků jsme se dostali až do pozice jednoho z předních dodavatelů podpěrných konstrukcí a bednění na trhu, a to vše díky neuvěřitelné podpoře, které se nám na této cestě dostalo. Tohoto významného milníku bychom nedosáhli bez našich vážených zákazníků, partnerů, a především našich skvělých zaměstnanců a kolegů. 🙌
Tento významný milník jsme nedávno oslavili v našem sídle v Žilině, kde jsme společně i s našimi Holandskými kolegy zavzpomínali na naše úspěchy a těžké začátky. 
Rádi bychom také chtěli poděkovat našemu bývalému kolegovi Janu Remmitsovi, kterému přejeme zasloužený odchod do důchodu plný radosti a odpočinku!

Postup výstavby posledního z mnoha mostních objektů na úseku dálnice D3 Třebonín - Kaplice nádraží, kde společnost SAFE dodávala podpěrnou skruž a bednění v podobě vodorovného roštu z primárních a sekundárních nosníků. A my se těšíme z další dobře odvedená práce. 👷🏼‍♂️👍🏼
