Emkan Energy is seeking a Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Damascus. The ideal candidate should be experienced, organized, and capable of handling the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenders and bid submissions
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
• Organize and control documents and correspondence
• Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules
• Use Microsoft Office applications and email communication
• Demonstrate strong command of the English language (reading, writing, and speaking)

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas sector
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

تعلن شركة إمكان إنيرجي عن حاجتها لتعيين مدير/ة مكتب بدوام جزئي للعمل ضمن فريقها في دمشق. يشترط أن يكون المتقدم/ة منظمًا وذو خبرة وقادرًا على أداء المهام التالية:

المهام الرئيسية:
• إدارة العطاءات والمناقصات
• التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء والموردين
• تنظيم وضبط الوثائق والمراسلات
• تنسيق الاجتماعات وترتيبات السفر والمواعيد

المتطلبات:
• خبرة سابقة في نفس المجال، ويفضل في قطاع النفط والغاز

• استخدام برامج Microsoft Office والبريد الإلكتروني
• إجادة قوية للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة، ومحادثة)

• مهارات تنظيم وتواصل عالية
