3-Basic Fund Principle (BFP) shall conduct by HQ 9TK LOC , managing by split fund to be 4 parts ;
1/4=> Routine Costing 25%
2/4=> OEM Costing 25%
3/4=> Secured Back Up Collateral Asset HQ/HOC 25%
4/4=> Holding Back Up Bank Instrument Trades plan to collect Non-Recource Funds : NRF manage by Asset Investment Management (AIM) under CEO HQ 9TK
4-NRF shall allocate compatible BFP in item 3 all whole of HQ & HOC, not allow to use the fund more 50% to spending on ground works, if payout really $100 million for ground works, then AIM must provide NRF 1/4 from trade earning 4/4 to pay institute 100%. And then solid asset are PCPL and building must be revised Values Appraisal Analysis report to back up asset of HQ/HOC...
5-HQ 9TK AIM have direct duty to pay and control loan repayment all long terms of funding.
6-9TK HQ get major share holder role of all HOC0 to HOC10, forever, responsible to action as BI Provider for collateral asset back up all sub-projects in Thailand and all cross matching clients from worldwide buyers.
