Resync ประเทศไทย นำโดย คุณ Emir Nurov , Managing Director รู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งที่ได้ประชุมร่วมกับผู้บริหารจาก CP LAND นำโดย คุณ Chakraphant Piyaprucksapan, รองกรรมการผู้จัดการใหญ่ , คุณ เฉลิมพร จินดาเพ็ง รองผู้จัดการฝ่ายวิศวกรรม และ CPFM บริหารทรัพยากรอาคารด้วยการสร้างมูลค่า นำโดย คุณ สุมาลี สุขเสมา, ผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายการตลาด เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชันการจัดการพลังงานอัจฉริยะ (Smart Energy Management Solutions) สำหรับเครือข่ายโครงการอาคารทั่วประเทศไทย และ โครงการอาคารพันทมิตร

การหารือครั้งนี้ถือเป็นความก้าวหน้าที่สำคัญสำหรับ Resync ในการแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์และนวัตกรรมด้านการจัดการพลังงาน พร้อมทั้งรับฟังความคิดเห็นและมุมมองด้านความยั่งยืนของอาคาร จากทีมผู้บริหารของ CP Land และ CPFM ซึ่งสะท้อนให้เห็นถึงความมุ่งมั่นร่วมกันในการขับเคลื่อนการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงบวก และการนำเทคโนโลยีมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่ออนาคตที่ยั่งยืน

รู้หรือไม่💡 หนึ่งสาเหตุสำคัญที่มักถูกมองข้าม ซึ่งนำไปสู่การสิ้นเปลืองพลังงานในอาคารพาณิชย์โดยไม่จำเป็น!

ระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) ที่ทำงานเกินกว่าชั่วโมงการใช้งานจริง ถือเป็นปัจจัยหลักที่ก่อให้เกิดการสูญเสียพลังงานนี้ แต่ด้วยเทคโนโลยีระบบตรวจติดตามแบบเรียลไทม์และการแจ้งเตือนอัจฉริยะ ผู้ดูแลอาคารจะสามารถตรวจพบความผิดปกติ และปรับการควบคุมการทำงานของระบบ HVAC ได้อย่างทันท่วงที ส่งผลให้ลดการใช้พลังงานในส่วนที่ไม่จำเป็นลงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

Resync were delighted to welcome the GBIC team from the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to our Singapore office for an insightful exchange on advancing smart energy solutions.

The visit provided an excellent opportunity to showcase Resync’s capabilities, demonstrate our Intelligent Energy Management Solutions, and discuss post-project implementation strategies and long-term support plans. The BCA team also explored how our technology is driving real-time energy optimization and enhancing sustainability across built environments.
