NAVANTIA เสนอแผนแบบเรือฟรีเกต Alfa3000 พร้อมOffset การต่อเรือในประเทศ100% ต่อกองทัพเรือไทย

วันนี้(9 พฤษภาคม 2569) บริษัท นาวันเตีย จากราชอาณาจักรสเปน และสมาคมอู่ต่อเรือไทย เปิดแถลงข้อมูลแบบเรือฟรีเกตและรายละเอียดของการตอบแทนทางเศรษฐกิจ(Offset) ในโครงการจัดหาเรือฟรีเกตแบบใหม่ของกองทัพเรือไทย ต่อสื่อมวลชน

นายโฆเซ่ อิกนาซิโอ้ นาบาส รูบิโอ้ ผู้อำนวยการภูมิภาคเอเชีย ฝ่ายพาณิชย์และพัฒนาธุรกิจ บริษัทนาวันเตีย กล่าวว่า นาวันเตียได้นำเสนอข้อเสนอที่มีความเสี่ยงต่ำในการสร้างเรือฟรีเกตในประเทศไทย โดยมีการกระจายการผลิตเป็นส่วนๆโดยอู่ต่อเรือในประเทศ ตามข้อเสนอต่างๆตรงตามความต้องการของกองทัพเรือไทย

เพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายนี้ นาวันเตีย ได้วางแผนร่วมมือกับอู่ต่อเรือในประเทศที่มีขีดความสามารถ เพื่อการการต่อเรือในประเทศได้ทั้งหมด 100% เพื่อเพิ่มการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ประกอบการในประเทศให้ได้มากที่สุด

นาวันเตียจะทำหน้าที่ออกแบบ และส่งมอบการถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยี(TOT) ที่จำเป็นต่อการผลิต ไปจนถึงการทดสอบ เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของการเป็นเรือฟรีเกตที่ผลิตในประเทศไทยในระดับ100%

ทางนาวันเตียเองมีความมั่นใจในข้อเสนอนี้ จากการที่ได้ตรวจสอบขีดความสามารถของอู่ต่อเรือในประเทศไทย เช่น มาร์ซัน,อาชิมา รวมไปถึง อู่ราชนาวีมหิดลอดุลยเดชแล้ว

บริษัทนาวันเตีย และ บริษัท โกลเด้นซับพลาย บริษัทพันธมิตในประเทศไทย ได้ทำงานร่วมกัน ในโครงการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ ของเรือรบของกองทัพเรือแล้ว 3 ลำ คือ เรือหลวง ช้าง เรือหลวงปัตตานี และเรือหลวง นราธิวาส ที่ทั้งหมดอยู่ขั้นตอนการดำเนินการที่จะแล้วเสร็จได้ตามกำหนดการ

จากมูลค่าของงบประมาณโครงการเรือฟรีเกตจำนวน1.7 หมื่นล้านบาท ภายใต้แนวทางของนาวันเตีย จะให้ตัวเลขผลตอบแทนOffset เป็น3เท่าของงบประมาณโครงการ ไปพร้อมกับความพร้อมในการสร้างงานต่อเรืออย่างต่อเนื่องในประเทศ ของเรือชั้นนี้ลำที่2 ถึงลำที่4 พร้อมด้วยระบบควบคุมการรบ และระบบอาวุธตามาตรฐานนาโต้

NAVANTIA Proposes Alfa 3000 Frigate with 100% Domestic Shipbuilding Offset to the Royal Thai Navy

Today (May 9, 2026), Navantia, a Spanish company, and the Thai Shipyard Association held a press conference to present information on the frigate design and details of the economic offset in the Royal Thai Navy's new frigate procurement project.

Mr. José Ignacio Navas Rubio, Asia Regional Director, Commercial and Business Development, of Navantia, stated that Navantia has presented a low-risk proposal for building the frigate in Thailand, with distributed production by domestic shipyards, according to the various proposals that meet the requirements of the Royal Thai Navy.

To achieve this goal, Navantia plans to cooperate with capable domestic shipyards to achieve 100% domestic shipbuilding, maximizing the participation of local entrepreneurs.

Navantia will handle the design and the necessary technology transfer (TOT) for production and testing to achieve the objective of a 100% domestically produced frigate.

Navantia is confident in this proposal. After assessing the capabilities of shipyards in Thailand, such as Marzan, Ashima, and the Mahidol Adulyadej Royal Thai Navy Shipyard,

Navantea Company and its Thai partner, Golden Supply Company, have collaborated on a project to upgrade the efficiency of three Royal Thai Navy warships: HTMS Chang, HTMS Pattani, and HTMS Narathiwat. All three are in the process of being completed according to schedule.

From the project budget of 17 billion baht for the frigates, Navantia's approach will yield a return on investment that is three times the project budget, along with the readiness to continuously build ships domestically for the second to fourth ships of this class, complete with combat control systems and weapon systems that meet NATO standard.

ญี่ปุ่นนำระบบจรวดนำวิถีโจมตีเรือ สมรรถนะสูง เข้าร่วมการฝึกในฟิลิปปินส์ เป็นครั้งแรก

เครื่องบินลำเลียงC-130H ของกองกำลังป้องกันตัวเองทางอากาศญี่ปุ่น (JASDF) ได้บินขนส่งท่อยิงลูกจรวดต่อต้านเรือรบ ไทป์88 ของกองกำลังป้องกันตัวเองทางบกญี่ปุ่น จำนวนสองท่อยิง เพื่อเข้าร่วมการฝึกบาลิกาตัน 41-2026 ในการฝึกยิงเรือรบด้วยลูกจรวดจริง(SINKEX)

นับเป็นครั้งแรกของกองกำลังป้องกันตนเองญี่ปุ่น ได้ทำการวางกำลังจรวดโจมตีเรือสมรรถนะสูง ยิงจากฐานยิงบก แบบไทป์88 นอกประเทศญี่ปุ่น ในตารางการฝึกครั้งนี้จรวดนำวิถีต่อต้านเรือรบของญี่ปุ่นจะทำการยิงเป้าหมายเรือรบในทะเล โดยเรือเป้าในการฝึกครั้งนี้คือ เรือคอร์เวทปลดประจำการของกองทัพเรือฟิลิปปินส์ BRP Quezon (PS-70)

A C-130H Hercules transport aircraft of the Japan Air Self Defense Force brought in at least 2 rounds of Type 88 anti-ship missiles of the Japan Ground Self Defense Force, which would be used for the Sinking Exercise (SINKEX) phase of Exercise Balikatan 41-2026.

The JGSDF has deployed the Type 88 land based anti-ship missile system for the first time overseas, and is scheduled to fire a missile against the target ship, the Philippine Navy's retired corvette BRP Quezon (PS-70.

The Japan Ground Self Defense Force displayed their Toshiba Type 11 short-range ground based air defense system, which was deployed to the Philippines as part of Exercise Balikatan 41-2026.
The Type 11 GBADS participated in simulated air defense drills, together with air defense systems from the US Army, US Marine Corps, and the Philippine Air Force.

พลเรือตรี ปารัช รัตนไชยพันธ์ โฆษกกองทัพเรือ แถลงถึงความจำเป็นในการจัดหารถยานเกราะล้อยางสะเทินน้ำสะเทินบกแบบ AWAV 8x8 เพิ่มเติม จากบริษัท ชัยเสรีเม็ททอลแอนด์รับเบอร์ จำกัด ว่าเป็นการดำเนินการต่อเนื่องเพื่อเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของกองทัพเรือให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ความมั่นคงตามแนวชายแดนด้านตะวันออกในปัจจุบัน การป้องกันอธิปไตยทางทะเล และการตอบสนองต่อภัยคุกคามรูปแบบใหม่ รวมถึงภารกิจช่วยเหลือประชาชนในสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน

ยานเกราะ AWAV 8x8 เป็นผลงานการออกแบบและผลิตชิ้นส่วนหลักภายในประเทศ สะท้อนศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศของไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม เป็นการสนับสนุนห่วงโซ่อุตสาหกรรมในประเทศ ลดการพึ่งพาการนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศ และสร้างความมั่นคงทางอุตสาหกรรมในระยะยาว

ตัวรถเป็นระบบขับเคลื่อน 8x8 มีความคล่องตัวสูง สามารถปฏิบัติการได้ในทุกภูมิประเทศ รองรับการปฏิบัติการร่วมกับเรือยกพลขึ้นบก (LPD) ของกองทัพเรือได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ตัวถังรถขึ้นรูปเป็นแผ่นเกราะที่สามารถป้องกันตัวจากอาวุธขนาดต่างๆได้ตามมาตรฐานสากล พร้อมติดตั้งปืนกลควบคุมการยิงจากภายในตัว อีกทั้งยังติดตั้งระบบสื่อสารซึ่งสามารถเชื่อมโยงเข้ากับโครงข่ายสื่อสารทางทหารของกองทัพเรือได้อย่างสมบูรณ์

กองทัพเรือได้จัดหารถ AWAV เข้าประจำการแล้วจำนวน 7 คัน ทั้งหมดได้ผ่านการปฏิบัติงานใช้งานจริงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ มีความพร้อมรบสูง และตอบสนองต่อภารกิจได้ตรงตามความต้องการของหน่วยปฏิบัติ จึงมีความจำเป็นในการจัดหาเพิ่มเติม เพื่อให้เพียงพอต่อการจัดกำลังและรองรับแผนการปฏิบัติการในอนาคต

การจัดหา AWAV เพิ่มเติมในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงเป็นการยกระดับขีดความสามารถของกองทัพเรือเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นการขับเคลื่อนนโยบายการพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมป้องกันประเทศของไทยอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม และเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถของบุคลากรไทยให้สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ในระยะยาว

The Royal Thai Navy is procuring additional AWAV wheeled armored vehicles from Chaiseri Company.
The Royal Thai Navy Spokesperson's Office announced the preparation for the procurement of additional AWAV 8x8 wheeled armored vehicles from Chaiseri Company.
Rear Admiral Parach Rattanachaiyapan, the Royal Thai Navy Spokesperson, stated the necessity of procuring additional AWAV 8x8 amphibious wheeled armored vehicles from Chaiseri Metal and Rubber Company Limited, as a continuous action to enhance the Royal Thai Navy's capabilities in line with the current security situation along the eastern border, the protection of maritime sovereignty, and the response to new forms of threats, as well as emergency assistance missions for the public.

The AWAV 8x8 is designed and manufactured with most components produced domestically, reflecting the tangible capabilities of Thailand's defense industry. It supports the domestic industrial chain, reduces reliance on imports, and creates long-term industrial stability.

The vehicle has an 8x8 drive system, making it highly mobile and capable of operating in all terrains. It effectively supports joint operations with the Royal Thai Navy's Amphibious Landing Platforms (LPDs). The vehicle's hull is molded with armor plates capable of protecting itself from various caliber weapons according to international standards, and it is equipped with an internally controlled machine gun. Furthermore, it is equipped with a communication system that can fully connect to the Royal Thai Navy's military communication network.

The Royal Thai Navy has already acquired 7 AWAVs (Armored Wheel Amphibious Vehicle), all of which have proven effective in real operations, demonstrating high combat readiness and fulfilling mission requirements as needed by operational units. Therefore, further procurement is necessary to ensure sufficient deployment and support future operational plans.

This acquisition of additional AWAVs not only enhances the Royal Thai Navy's capabilities but also concretely drives Thailand's defense industry development policy and strengthens the capabilities of Thai personnel for long-term self-reliance.

FA-50M ลำแรกของมาเลเซีย ออกจากสายการผลิตของKAIแล้ว

FA-50M บล็อค 20 ลำแรกของมาเลเซีย ออกจากสายการผลิตของบริษัท โคเรีย แอโรสเปซอินดัสตรี้(KAI) แล้ว ตามกำหนดการที่จะส่งมอบ FA-50M ให้กับมาเลเซียในช่วงไตรมาสหลังของปี พ.ศ. 2569

กองทัพอากาศมาเลเซีย(TUDM) เผยแพร่ภาพการเยี่ยมชมโรงงานKAI ในเมืองเซชอน เกาหลีใต้ ของผู้บัญชาการกองทัพอากาศมาเลเซีย

FA-50M บล็อค 20 มีการเสริมสมรรถนะในหลายด้านตามความต้องการของกองทัพอากาศมาเลเซีย อาทิ ท่อรับเชื้อเพลิงกลางอากาศ และเรดาร์ AESA แบบแฟนท่อมสไตร์ค อันเป็นการเสริมขีดความสามารถในการใช้อาวุธปล่อย อากาศสู่อากาศ พิสัยไกลได้

ขณะเดียวกัน นักบินของมาเลเซีย ได้เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมกับกองทัพอากาศเกาหลีใต้ (ROKAF) เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติการเครื่องบิน FA-50Mโดยนักบินกองทัพอากาศมาเลเซีย จำนวน 6 นาย กำลังเข้ารับการฝึกบินเครื่องบิน T-50/TA-50 ร่วมกับกองทัพอากาศสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี ในเกาหลีใต้ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการเตรียมความพร้อมสำหรับการใช้งานเครื่องบินรบเบา(LCA) FA-50M ที่จะเข้าประจำการในกองทัพอากาศมาเลเซีย

เมื่อเสร็จสิ้นการฝึกบินเครื่องบิน T-50 แล้ว นักบินมาเลเซีย จะฝึกบินรบขั้นต้น (Lead-In Fighter Training: LIFT) ต่อที่กองบินขับไล่ที่ 1 ของกองทัพอากาศเกาหลีใต้ โดยใช้เครื่องบิน TA-50 บล็อค 2 การฝึกนี้มุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาทักษะการยินเปลี่ยนแบบในภารกิจการรบ ทั้งการฝึกโจมตีทางอากาศ และโจมตีภาคพื้นดินในสภาพแวดล้อมที่สมจริงยิ่งขึ้น

Malaysia's first FA-50M Block 20 has rolled out from the Korean Aerospace Industries production line.

First Batch of FA-50M Block 20 Fighter Aircraft Ready to be Delivered to Malaysia later quarters of 2026
The Royal Malaysian Air Force (TUDM) acquisition of FA-50M light combat aircraft (LCA) has made significant progress as the first batch of the aircraft is reported to be fully completed.

The latest development was shared by photos of the Malaysian Air Force Commander's working visit to the Korea Aerospace Industries (KAI) facility in Sacheon, South Korea.

FA-50M Block 20 is equipped with interesting feature: inflight refueal probe and Phantomstrike AESA radar enables the fighter to carry long range air to air missiles.

Meanwhile, TUDM Pilots participate in Training with ROKAF, Preparing to Operate FA-50M Aircraft.
A total of six Royal Malaysian Air Force pilots are undergoing T-50/TA-50 flight training with the Republic of Korea Air Force (ROKAF) in the Republic of Korea as part of preparations for the operation of FA-50M Light Combat (LCA) aircraft that will enter the TUDM operation.

Upon completion of the T-50 aircraft training, RMAF pilots will continue their Lead-In Fighter Training (LIFT) training at the 1st Fighter Wing ROKAF using the TA-50 Block 2 aircraft. The exercise focuses on the development of combat skills including air-to-air and air-to-ground exercises in a more complex and realistic training environment.

กระทรวงกลาโหมอินโดนีเซียเลือกเครื่องบิน PC-24 พร้อมสั่งซื้อจำนวน 12 ลำ

กระทรวงกลาโหมอินโดนีเซียได้เลือกเครื่องบิน PC-24 เพื่อสนับสนุนการฝึกนักบินขนส่ง การขนส่งทางอากาศ และภารกิจการติดต่อสื่อสารของกองทัพอากาศอินโดนีเซีย โดยได้ลงนามในสัญญาจัดซื้อเครื่องบิน PC-24 จำนวน 12 ลำกับบริษัท PT E-System Solutions Indonesia ซึ่งเป็นผู้รับเหมาด้านกลาโหมที่ได้รับอนุญาตจากกระทรวงกลาโหม สัญญานี้รวมถึงตัวเลือกในการสั่งซื้อเครื่องบินเพิ่มเติม อุปกรณ์สนับสนุนภาคพื้นดิน เครื่องมือ ชิ้นส่วนอะไหล่ การฝึกอบรม และการสนับสนุนทางเทคนิคจากสำนักงานใหญ่ของ Pilatus ในเมือง Stans ประเทศสวิตเซอร์แลนด์

The Indonesian Ministry of Defense Selects the PC-24 with an Order for Twelve Aircraft

The Indonesian Ministry of Defense has selected the PC-24 to support the Indonesian Air Force transport pilot training, air transport and liaison missions. A contract for twelve PC-24s has been signed with PT E-System Solutions Indonesia, the authorized defense contractor by the Ministry of Defense. The contract includes an option for additional aircraft, ground support equipment, tools, spare parts, training, and technical support from Pilatus headquarters in Stans, Switzerland.
The PC-24 was developed for exceptional operational flexibility and is certified for single-pilot operation. It is equipped with a standard cargo door and is approved for use on unpaved runways. These features make the aircraft ideal for a variety of government missions, including instrument flight rules (IFR) pilot training, transport, and liaison duties. Pilatus will provide its integrated support program to ensure maximum fleet availability and efficient maintenance.
With the selection by the Indonesian Ministry of Defense, Pilatus has further strengthened its presence in Southeast Asia. The planned usage demonstrates the great versatility of the PC-24. Above all, however its ability to take off and land at short airfields and operate from unpaved runways, which increases accessibility to more remote islands in the 17,000-island nation, was a decisive selection criterion.
Markus Bucher, CEO of Pilatus, commented: “We appreciate the trust placed in Pilatus by the Indonesian Ministry of Defense. This program marks the beginning of a long-term relationship, and our priority is to support Indonesia in putting the fleet into service smoothly.”
Ioannis Papachristofilou, Vice President of Government Aviation at Pilatus, added: “The selection by the Indonesian Air Force emphasizes the growing interest of government operators in our PC-24 Super Versatile Jet. We remain focused on supplying solutions to facilitate various missions ranging from training to transport.”
At the same time, a Letter of Intent (LOI) has been signed among the parties for the supply of 24 PC-21 trainers. This package also includes Ground Based Training Equipment, spare parts, ground support equipment and technical support.

วันที่ 20 มีนาคมที่ผ่านมา กองทัพบกสหรัฐฯ ภาคแปซิฟิก (USARPAC) ได้จัดพิธีส่งมอบรถหุ้มเกราะสไตรเกอร์ (Stryker) จำนวน 17 คัน ให้แก่กองทัพบกไทย (RTA) อย่างเป็นทางการ พิธีดังกล่าวจัดขึ้นอย่างยิ่งใหญ่เนื่องในโอกาสปิดการฝึกซ้อมรบร่วมหนุมานการ์เดียน 2026 ภายในสนามฝึกยิงปืนใหญ่บ้านดีลัง จังหวัดลพบุรี

การส่งมอบยุทโธปกรณ์ในครั้งนี้ ดำเนินการภายใต้โครงการยุทโธปกรณ์ส่วนเกินของสหรัฐฯ (EDA) ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในหน้าประวัติศาสตร์ความร่วมมือด้านการป้องกันประเทศระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกาและไทย

สไตร์เกอร์เป็นรถเกราะทหารราบ(ICV)ขับเคลื่อน8ล้อ ผลิตโดยบริษัท เจเนอรัลไดนามิคส์ แลนด์ ซิสเต้ม(แคนาดา) ออกแบบมาเพื่อใช้งานในสภาวะการรบยุคใหม่ ที่เน้นความเร็วในการนำกำลังพลทหารราบเข้าสู่พื้นที่การรบ ภายใต้เกราะป้องกัน3ชั้น บรรทุกทหารราบพร้อมอุปกรณ์ได้9นาย สามารถเลือกติดตั้งอาวุธประจำรถได้หลายรูปแบบ ตั้งแต่ปืนกลขนาด .50นิ้ว ไปจนถึงป้อมปืนใหญ่ขนาด 105 มม.

March 20, the U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) officially handed over 17 Stryker armored vehicles to the Royal Thai Army (RTA). The grand ceremony, held to mark the closing of the Hanuman Guardian 2026 joint military exercise, took place at the Ban Dilang artillery firing range in Lopburi province.

Lieutenant General Joel Vowell, Deputy Commander of USARPAC; General Phana Klaewplodthuk, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army; and Mr. Sean K. O'Neill, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand, attended the handover ceremony.
This delivery, under the U.S. Equipment Acquisition (EDA) program, marks a significant milestone in the history of defense cooperation between the United States and Thailand.

The Stryker is an 8-wheel drive Infantry Armored Vehicle (ICV) manufactured by General Dynamics Land Systems (Canada), designed for modern warfare where speed in deploying infantry troops is crucial. Underneath its triple-layered armor, the Stryker can carry nine infantrymen with equipment. It offers a variety of weapon options, ranging from .50-inch machine guns to 105mm cannons.

Although these armored vehicles have previously been used by U.S. Army units, they have been refurbished and continuously maintained to ensure they are in combat-ready condition, on par with U.S. Army standards. These 17 Stryker vehicles will be deployed to reinforce the main fleet of the 111th Combat Battalion of the Royal Thai Army, supporting both training and operational missions. This delivery of Stryker vehicles demonstrates the strong security relationship between the two countries, which has been allies for over 190 years.

อียิปต์ ได้เริ่มการผลิตปืนใหญ่ฮาวิตเซอร์อัตตาจร K9A1ธันเดอร์ ขนาด 155 มม. ร่วมกับบริษัท Hanwha Defense ของเกาหลีใต้ โดยการผลิตดำเนินการที่โรงงาน Military Factory 200 ซึ่งเป็นโรงงานเดียวกับที่จัดตั้งขึ้นเพื่อการผลิตรถถังหลัก M1A1 อบรามส์ร่วมกันในตอนแรก

Egypt Begins Co-Production of K9A1 Thunder Self-Propelled Howitzer

Egypt has reportedly started co-producing the K9A1 Thunder 155 mm self-propelled howitzer in partnership with South Korea’s Hanwha Defense. Production is being carried out at Military Factory 200, the same facility originally established for the co-production of the M1A1 Abrams main battle tanks.
The initiative marks a significant step in strengthening Egypt’s domestic defense manufacturing capabilities while deepening defense-industrial cooperation with South Korea.

Egypt has signed a contract to procure 216 K9A1EGY under a joint production and marketing agreement with South Korea, covering sales and maintenance support for countries in the African region.

The Hanwa Defense K9 has a successful history of exporting to foreign armed forces, including Turkey, Poland, Finland, India, Norway, Estonia, Australia, Romania, Vietnam, and Egypt. The total number of orders for both South Korean Army service and exports exceeds 1,900 units.

Indonesia says it has entered agreement with India to procure BrahMos missiles
BrahMos is an Indian-Russian joint venture headquartered in New Delhi. Its missile system comes in land-based, air, ship-based, and submarine-based versions.
JAKARTA: Indonesia has entered an agreement with India to procure the BrahMos missile system, its defence ministry spokesperson Rico Ricardo Sirait told Reuters on Monday (Mar 9).

In 2023, BrahMos, a company co-owned by the Indian and Russian governments, told Reuters it was in advanced discussions with Jakarta on a deal worth US$200 million to US$350 million.

Rico on Monday said the agreement was "part of the modernisation of military hardware and defence capabilities, especially in the maritime sector".
He added that the procurement further strengthens Indonesia and India's strategic partnership in the defence field, reported local news outlet Jakarta Globe.
The new system is also expected to "boost deterrence capabilities in safeguarding national sovereignty".
Rico declined to confirm the total value of the agreement, when asked if the total price tag for the missiles remained at US$450 million, which was reported by South China Morning post in December last year.

BrahMos clinched its first foreign deal with the Philippines, Indonesia's Southeast Asian neighbour, in 2022.
Manila had ordered BrahMos’ shore-based anti-ship missile system at nearly US$375 million back in 2022, according to Jakarta Globe.
