ไต้หวันรับมอบเครื่องบินขับไล่ F-16V Block 70 สองลำแรก

ไทเป, 2 ตุลาคม กองทัพอากาศไต้หวันได้รับมอบเครื่องบินขับไล่ F-16V Block 70 สองลำแรกจากทั้งหมด 66 ลำที่ซื้อจากสหรัฐอเมริกาในวันศุกร์ ซึ่งล่าช้ากว่าที่คาดการณ์ไว้ประมาณหนึ่งเดือน

เครื่องบินลงจอดที่ฐานทัพอากาศจือหาง ในมณฑลไถตงทางตะวันออก เมื่อเวลาประมาณเที่ยงวัน

Taiwan receives first 2 F-16V Block 70s

Taipei, Oct. 2 (CNA) Taiwan's Air Force took delivery Friday of the first two of 66 F-16V Block 70 fighter jets purchased from the United States, roughly a month later than initially expected.

The aircraft landed at Chihhang Air Base in the eastern county of Taitung around noon.
The two fighter jets had been expected to arrive in Taiwan by the end of August but remained in Hawaii without explanation as U.S. President Donald Trump prepared to meet with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in late September.

The U.S. approved the sale of the 66 F-16Vs to Taiwan in 2019. Delivery was expected to begin in 2023 and be completed by 2026, but delays due to technical issues have pushed the timetable back.

Lockheed Martin’s F-16V Viper is a single-engine multi-role fighter aircraft upgraded from the General Dynamics F-16 Fighting Falcon. Key improvements over older F-16 models include the APG-83 AESA radar, upgraded avionics featuring a modern mission computer, enhanced cockpit displays, and an electronic warfare suite such as the AN/ALQ-254(V)1 Viper Shield. The aircraft possesses fifth-generation fighter radar capabilities by leveraging hardware and software commonality with the AESA radars found on the F-22 and F-35, making Taiwan's F-16 fleet the most advanced in the region.

กองทัพอากาศไทย จัดหาอาวุธปล่อยโจมตีพิสัยไกล RAMPAGE จากอิสราเอล
เพื่อเสริมขีดความสามารถในการโจมตีเป้าหมายระยะไกล จากF-16
กองทัพอากาศไทย ประกาศการเตรียมงบประมาณจัดซื้อ ระบบจรวดโจมตีพิสัยไกล Rampage(แรมเพจ)จากประเทศอิสราเอล มูลค่า980ล้านบาท เพื่อใช้ติดตั้งบนเครื่องบินรบแบบF-16A/B ที่มีอยู่ในประจำการจำนวน2ฝูงบิน เสริมขีดความสามารถในการโจมตีระยะไกล ต่อเป้าหมายที่มีมีคุณค่าทางยุทธการ
Rampage ซึ่งเดิมมีชื่อว่า MARS (Multi-purpose, Air-launched Rocket System) เป็นขีปนาวุธแบบอากาศสู่พื้น (air-to-surface) ที่พัฒนาโดย เอลบิท ซิสเต้ม(Elbit Systems)โดยมีพื้นฐานการพัฒนามาจากจรวดโจมตภาคพื้นดิน EXTRA อาวุธชนิดนี้จัดเป็นอาวุธประเภท standoff (สามารถโจมตีได้จากระยะไกลโดยไม่ต้องเข้าใกล้เป้าหมาย) ซึ่งออกแบบมาเพื่อทำลายเป้าหมายที่มีความสำคัญสูง เช่น สถานีเรดาร์, ศูนย์บัญชาการสื่อสาร, คลังเก็บอาวุธ และสนามบิน

ขีปนาวุธรุ่นนี้ได้รับการออกแบบมาเพื่อรับมือกับระบบจรวดต่อสู้อากาศยานพื้นสู่อากาศ (surface-to-air) ระยะไกล และทำลายฐานยิงต่อสู้อากาศยานที่ตั้งอยู่ลึกเข้าไปในดินแดนของข้าศึก RAMPAGE สามารถทำความเร็วได้สูงสุดถึง 5มัค ทำให้ยากต่อการสกัดกั้น ซึ่งถือเป็นหนึ่งในข้อได้เปรียบสำคัญของขีปนาวุธวิถีโค้ง (ballistic missile) ในลักษณะนี้

The Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) is procuring the RAMPAGE long-range strike missile from Israel to enhance the long-range strike capabilities of its F-16 fleet. The RTAF has announced a budget allocation of 980 million baht to purchase the RAMPAGE system for deployment on its two squadrons of F-16A/B fighter jets, thereby boosting its ability to strike high-value strategic targets from a distance.
Originally designated as MARS (Multi-purpose, Air-launched Rocket System), the RAMPAGE is an air-to-surface missile developed by Elbit Systems, based on the EXTRA ground-attack rocket. Classified as a "standoff" weapon—capable of striking targets from a distance without requiring the aircraft to approach the target closely—it is designed to destroy high-priority assets such as radar stations, communication command centers, weapon depots, and airfields.
To meet these tactical requirements, Elbit Systems developed the RAMPAGE air-to-surface missile for launch from fighter aircraft. Weighing 580 kilograms, with a length of approximately 5 meters and a diameter of 306 millimeters, this supersonic, long-range, and highly accurate missile serves as a potent weapon that significantly enhances combat capabilities.
The missile is specifically designed to counter surface-to-air missile systems. ...long-range (surface-to-air) threats and destroy air defense sites located deep within enemy territory. RAMPAGE can reach speeds of up to Mach 5, making interception difficult—a key advantage characteristic of this type of ballistic missile.
Furthermore, deploying such a heavy weapon on an aircraft capable of carrying it offers operational flexibility unattainable via ground-based launches. It serves as an invaluable asset when there is a need to strike strategic targets from a safe distance without penetrating enemy airspace.
Beyond its impressive range, the missile features a potent warhead and high precision—aided by a GPS guidance system—along with robust resistance to enemy electronic warfare jamming.
The RAMPAGE missile is equipped with a 150-kilogram explosive warhead and boasts a maximum range of 250 to 300 kilometers.
Currently, RAMPAGE is in service with the Israeli Air Force and the Indian Air Force and Navy, having already seen combat deployment.
For the Royal Thai Air Force, the RAMPAGE missile can be deployed on F-16 A/B aircraft across both squadrons; the manufacturer originally designed the F-16 as the primary platform, capable of carrying up to four of these missiles simultaneously.

F-35A ของเยอรมันลำแรก ขึ้นบินทดสอบ

เครื่องบิน F-35A ลำแรกของเยอรมนีผลิตเสร็จจากสายการผลิตที่โรงงาน ฟอร์ตเวิร์ธ (Fort Worth) และได้ขึ้นบินทดสอบครั้งแรกเมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน เครื่องบินลำนี้เป็นลำแรกในคำสั่งซื้อจำนวน 35 ลำที่รัฐบาลเยอรมนีทำสัญญาไว้เมื่อปี 2022 เพื่อนำมาทดแทนเครื่องบินทอร์นาโด ที่มีอายุการใช้งานมาอย่างยาวนาน

Germany's first F-35A rolled off the line in Fort Worth, and took to the sky on September 8. It's the opening jet in a 35-aircraft order Berlin placed in 2022 to retire its aging Tornados.
That handoff carries real weight. The Tornado has flown NATO's nuclear sharing mission for decades, and this F-35A is built to take over, cleared to carry the B61-12 nuclear bomb alongside JASSM-ER cruise missiles and AMRAAM/AIM-9X air-to-air missiles. Germany is putting an American-built jet in charge of its most sensitive military job.

Training starts at Ebbing Air National Guard Base in Arkansas before the fleet settles in at Büchel by 2028, with a possible follow-on order pushing the buy past 50 jets.

The Royal Thai Navy has announced Hanwha Ocean as the winner of the procurement project for a new high-performance frigate.

On September 8, 2026, the Navy released the official selection notice naming South Korea's Hanwha Ocean as the successful bidder. The company submitted a proposal valued at 16.73 billion baht for one frigate, inclusive of systems and equipment, spare parts, operational and training support, warranty coverage, and all necessary procedures to ensure the vessel is fully operational upon delivery at the designated location and schedule.

The design proposed by Hanwha Ocean is the "OCEAN 40F," a 4,000-ton displacement vessel measuring 124 meters in length, capable of conducting three-dimensional naval warfare.

Royal Thai Navy Inspects Sentinel Gun System for HTMS Chang

The Royal Thai Navy sent a committee to inspect the 30 mm machine gun system for installation on HTMS Chang at Escribano, Spain.

From August 24-29, 2026, Captain Yutthanawee Mungthanya, Naval Attaché and Acting Military Attaché of Thailand to Madrid, along with personnel from the office and their wives, welcomed and facilitated Rear Admiral Poollap Tattongkam, Commander of the Amphibious and Logistic Fleet, Royal Thai Fleet, and Chairman of the Procurement Acceptance Committee for the Combat System Enhancement Project for Naval Operations, on the occasion of the committee's inspection of the Sentinel 30 mm machine gun system for HTMS Chang at Escribano & Mechanical Engineering in Madrid, Spain.

This acceptance inspection is part of the Royal Thai Navy's procurement and equipment capability development process. The committee inspected and evaluated the 30 mm machine gun system to ensure it met the specified specifications and standards. To ensure the readiness and suitability of equipment for use on the HTMS Chang, thereby enhancing the Royal Thai Navy's operational capabilities and effectiveness:

SENTINEL 30 is a weapon system that combines a 30 mm gun (upgradable to 40 mm) with the MK 44 Bushmaster II machine gun (standard or extended version), offering high accuracy with the latest integrated ballistic tracking system.
It also features a built-in am******on programmer allowing the use of anti-ballistic rounds without the need for additional systems. This system is specifically designed for installation on medium and large ships.

กองทัพฟิลิปปินส์ได้รับ เฮลิคอปเตอร์S-70i ครบทั้งฟลีทแล้ว

กองทัพอากาศฟิลิปปินส์ได้ทำการรับมอบและทำพิธีอวยพรเฮลิคอปเตอร์ S-70i แบล็คฮอว์ค ที่เพิ่งส่งมอบใหม่จำนวน 7 ลำอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันพุธที่ผ่านมา ซึ่งเป็นการส่งมอบครบจำนวน 32 ลำภายใต้โครงการ Horizon 2 ของโครงการปรับปรุงกองทัพฟิลิปปินส์ให้ทันสมัย

The Philippine Air Force formally accepted and blessed seven newly delivered S-70i Black Hawk helicopters on Wednesday, completing the delivery of all 32 units under Horizon 2 of the Armed Forces of the Philippines’ modernization program.
With the completion of the acquisition, the PAF now operates 47 S-70i Black Hawk helicopters, making the Philippines the largest operator of the S-70i variant in the world.
The 32-unit Black Hawk fleet was contracted from Lockheed Martin’s Polish subsidiary PZL Mielec for P32 billion.
The first 10 S-70is were delivered in 2024, another 10 were turned over in 2025, and five more were delivered in January of this year.
PAF 205th Tactical Helicopter Wing Commander Brig. Gen. Gilberto Esteban Jr. said the expanded fleet will allow the PAF to position Black Hawk helicopters in different regions of the country, enabling faster response to emergencies and crises.

24 ส.ค.2569-ที่กองบัญชาการกองทัพบก โฆษกกองทัพบก แถลงข่าวร่วมกันภายหลังที่ พล.ท.อดุลย์ บุญธรรมเจริญ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหม ได้เดินทางมาตรวจเยี่ยมที่กองบัญชาการกองทัพบก พร้อมรับฟังการบรรยายสรุปเรื่องบทบาทของกองทัพบก, ปัญหาข้อขัดข้องที่ต้องเผชิญ และต้องมีการปรับปรุงแก้ปัญหา ซึ่งกองทัพบกได้มีข้อเสนอในการเพิ่มเติมขีดความสามารถ เนื่องจากภัยคุกคามที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบ เช่น ด้านยุทโธปกรณ์, ข่าวสาร, ระบบต่าง ๆ ที่กองทัพบกมีความต้องการ และการปรับกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับให้ทันสมัย รวมถึงงานด้านข่าวกรองที่ต้องร่วมมือกับนานาประเทศให้เกิดความทันสมัย

ทั้งนี้ กองทัพบกได้มีการหยิบยก การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างของหน่วย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอากาศยาน โดยให้มีการจัดตั้ง “ศูนย์สงครามอากาศยานไร้คนขับ” หรือ กองพันอากาศยานไร้คนขับ เพื่อสอดรับกับภารกิจ รวมถึงการจัดหายุทโธปกรณ์ เช่น ยานเกราะล้อยาง, อาวุธยิงสนับสนุน, ปืนใหญ่ M777, จรวด Himars โดยได้มีการแจ้งให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงกลาโหมรับทราบ

ปืนใหญ่ฮาวิตเซอร์ M777 เป็นปืนใหญ่ลากจูงขนาด 155 มม. ของอังกฤษ จัดอยู่ในประเภทปืนใหญ่ฮาวิตเซอร์ กองทัพบกของออสเตรเลีย, แคนาดา, โคลอมเบีย, อินเดีย, ซาอุดีอาระเบีย, ยูเครน และ สหรัฐอเมริกาใช้ปืนใหญ่ชนิดนี้ โดยถูกนำไปใช้ในการรบครั้งแรกในสงครามในอัฟกานิสถาน

August 24, 2026 -Royal Thai Army Headquarters, the Army Spokesperson held a joint press conference following a visit by Lieutenant General Adul Boonthamcharoen, Minister of Defence, to the Army Headquarters. During the visit, he received a briefing on the Army's role, challenges faced, and areas for improvement. The Army proposed enhancing its capabilities due to evolving threats, such as those related to equipment, intelligence, and various systems. The Army also discussed modernizing regulations and procedures, as well as improving intelligence cooperation with international partners.
Furthermore, the Army highlighted the restructuring of units related to aircraft, including the establishment of an "Unmanned Aerial Warfare Center" or an Unmanned Aerial Warfare Battalion to align with its mission, and the procurement of equipment such as wheeled armored vehicles, fire support weapons, M777 howitzers, and Himars missiles. This information was communicated to the Minister of Defence.
The M777 Howitzer is a 155 mm towed howitzer manufactured by the United Kingdom. The armies of Australia, Canada, Colombia, India, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, and the United States use this artillery piece, with its first combat use in the war in Afghanistan.

The M777 artillery gun is manufactured by the Global Combat Systems division of BAE Systems. The primary contract management is located in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria, England, as are the production and assembly of the titanium structures and associated recoil suppressors. Final assembly and weapon testing are carried out at BAE's factory in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA. Depending on the year, contract, and system package, M777 artillery guns have been shipped at unit costs ranging from US$2.025 million (in 2008) to US$3.738 million (in 2017).
With trained personnel, the rate of fire for the M777 is 2-4 rounds per minute. The firing range with M795 am******on is 23.5 kilometers, and the special Excalibur am******on increases the range to 40 kilometers.

อินโดนีเซียเตรียมเปิดตัว โมเดลต้นแบบขนาด1/1 ของยาน eVTOLที่ออกแบบและผลิตในประเทศ

Dirgantara Indonesia ได้พัฒนาเครื่องบิน eVTOL รุ่นแรกที่จะผลิตในประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ในชื่อ Vela Alpha อากาศยาน แบบบินขึ้น-ลงทางดิ่ง (lift + cruise) สำหรับนักบิน 1 คน และผู้โดยสาร 6 คน โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะปรับเปลี่ยนให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนได้ ทั้งด้วยมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าล้วน หรือ แบบไฮบริด ในรูปแบบไฮบริดจะให้พิสัยระยะทางที่ไกลกว่า 400 กม. เมื่อเทียบกับแบบไฟฟ้าที่มีระยะทาง 100 กม. บริษัทเชื่อว่าอากาศยานรูปแบบใหม่จะเป็นนวัตกรรมที่ช่วยปรับปรุงการเชื่อมต่อในระดับภูมิภาคและการท่องเที่ยวได้

Indonesia to unveil a 1/1 scale prototype of its domestically designed and manufactured eVTOL aircraft.
PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI) and PT Vela Prima Nusantara, Indonesian private companies, have released images of a full-scale model of the Vela Alpha eVTOL, an electric vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft that will be unveiled and displayed at Heli Expo Asia 2026.
Dirgantara Indonesia has developed its first domestically produced eVTOL aircraft, named Vela Alpha, a lift-and-cruise aircraft for one pilot and six passengers. The goal is to adapt it for either all-electric or hybrid powertrains. The hybrid version will offer a range of over 400 km, compared to 100 km for the all-electric version. The company believes this new aircraft will be an innovation that improves regional connectivity and tourism.
The 4th Heli Expo Asia 2026 (HEXIA) will take place from August 21-23, 2026, at Cengareng Heliport, Indonesia. This is one of the exhibitions showcasing technology and advancements in vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) aircraft, in order to meet the needs of the helicopter market in the region.

สหรัฐเสริมกำลังเรือดำน้ำนิวเคลียร์ครั้งประวัติศาสตร์ สั่งต่อเรือดำน้ำรุ่นใหม่14ลำ!

เมื่อวันที่ 29 กรกฎาคม 2569 กระทรวงกลาโหมสหรัฐได้ขยายขีดความสามารถในการทำสงครามใต้น้ำ โดยการมอบสัญญาแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมให้กับบริษัท General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB) สำหรับการสร้างเรือดำน้ำติดตั้งขีปนาวุธข้ามทวีป ชั้น โคลัมเบีย (SSBN) จำนวน 5 ลำ และสัญญาอีก 9 ลำให้กับ GDEB และ HII-Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS) สำหรับการสร้างเรือดำน้ำโจมตี ชั้น เวอร์จิเนียสำหรับปีงบประมาณ 2568 ถึง 2562 และความพยายามในการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตของอู่ต่อเรือที่เคยมอบให้แก่ทั้งสองบริษัทก่อนหน้านี้ การมอบสัญญาเหล่านี้เป็นการลงทุนครั้งประวัติศาสตร์ในการ ปรับปรุง และ เสริมสร้างความเป็นเลิศทางสมุททานุภาพ โดยมีมูลค่ารวมทั้งสิ้น 76.6 พันล้านดอลลาร์สหรัฐ

On July, 29 2026, the Department of War expanded its undersea warfighting capabilities by awarding a five-ship contract modification to General Dynamics Electric Boat (GDEB) for the construction of five Columbia Class ballistic missile submarines (SSBNs), a nine-ship contract to GDEB and HII-Newport News Shipbuilding (HII-NNS) for the construction of Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 through FY 2029 Virginia Class submarines, and previously awarded shipyard productivity efforts to the two companies. These awards represent a historic investment in maritime modernization and supremacy, with a combined total value of $76.6B.
The awards drive the critical, once-in a generation recapitalization of the Navy’s undersea forces and the Nation’s nuclear triad. The Columbia Class submarines will provide an effective sea-based strategic deterrent to meet U.S. Strategic Command’s (USSTRATCOM) requirements. Furthermore, these contract awards support the fielding of enhanced Virginia Class submarines, a platform engineered for unparalleled stealth, heavy payload strike capability, and multi-domain lethality. The Navy now has seven Columbia Class submarines under contract, complementing a force of 26 operational Virginia Class submarines with 23 more slated to be built.
“This historic investment underscores the Department’s continued commitment to undersea superiority and the recapitalization of our nuclear triad,” said Vice Adm. Robert Gaucher, Director, Submarine Programs. “By securing the continuous production of both the Columbia and Virginia classes, we ensure we will continue to deliver the world’s most lethal, survivable and resilient combat platform to our global Combatant Commanders, while providing long-term stability to our shipbuilding industrial base. These submarines will assure our allies and deter our adversaries while serving as a key part of our joint forces by projecting combat power into denied areas and defending our nation and its interests for decades to come.”
