We believe kindness is a choice. A Choice when amplified will change the world for the better. A world where the pursuit of happiness is not at the expense of others. The mission is to create the kindness movement; starting with plant based food because that is our expertise. Also, that is what kindness is; it's not doing something for someone else because they can't, but because you can.

It is International Teachers' Day this month, and we tragically lost three amazing teachers in the Thailand bus accident.

Our teachers may not be perfect, but they are always selfless when it comes to their students, so parents, don't be too hard on them. A little kindness would go a long way.

One teacher was found holding a student in her arms, and the others undoubtedly did everything they could to protect their children. It must have been an unimaginable situation in their final moments, especially hearing the cries of the children. Truly heartbreaking.

Salute to all the teachers who are always there for their students, even to the point of sacrificing their own lives. You are modern-day heroes.
