Quantity Surveyors/Cost Engineers Needed – Building & MEP (4 positions)
We are seeking motivated and connected members to join our team for new and exciting projects in Bangkok, Phuket and Samui. The right applicants will display great attitude, be collaborative, creative and committed to providing our Clients with the best possible service.
If it is a good fit the selected Quantity Surveyors/Cost Engineers will join a group of likeminded young people working together on some iconic projects in Thailand and the region.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Be involved in projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with the project team - clients, designers, engineers and contractors.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities.
• Cost estimation.
• Tender review and negotiation.
• Agreement of variations.
• Progress payment certification.
Characteristics preferred
• Thai nationality with Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Previous related experience in construction.
• Ability to communicate both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy with excel, word etc.
