Negli ultimi anni la città deve gestire una combinazione sempre più complessa:

🌡 estati più calde e ondate di calore sempre più frequenti;

❄ inverni freddi e umidi che mantengono elevata la domanda di riscaldamento;

💨 una qualità dell’aria che rende ventilazione e trattamento dell’aria elementi fondamentali per molti edifici.

Di conseguenza, gli impianti HVAC non sono più sistemi stagionali.

Sono diventati infrastrutture essenziali che operano quasi tutto l’anno.

Let that sink in.

Bangkok is now at danger-level heat.

Authorities say: Stay inside. Use A/C.

But here’s the problem:
👉 The moment you use ONE A/C normally…
👉 You’re already paying the highest electricity price. (~5 THB per unit)

So what happens if you have:

Thailand is facing a triple threat.

A recent report highlights the urgency of the situation:

Most reactions focus on alerts, measurements, and warnings.
But let’s step back.

👉 What if part of the solution is already in front of us?

Because the reality is:
We don’t just have partial solutions.

Let that sink in.

👉 At these levels, the human body struggles to cool itself.
👉 Outdoor activity becomes hazardous.
👉 And buildings… become critical survival infrastructure.

❗ The real issue is not temperature. It’s humidity + heat load.
