Our Company was founded in Thailand in the year of 1983 and it is today the largest producer in the world of its kind, covering laboratory and pilot plant polymer processing machines. Our machines are produced under Swedish management and technology combined with a very skilled and dedicated Thai staff of engineers and technicians. In 2010 we moved into our ultra-modern manufacturing facility with state of the art equipment.

A great day of polymer technology, and practical learning at Saigon Technology University (STU).

Labtech Engineering had the opportunity to meet with students and share the fundamentals of polymers and plastic packaging, along with the extrusion technologies behind film, sheet, and compounding.

What made the visit special was the chance to connect what students learn in the classroom with how these technologies are used in real industrial applications. There were many good questions, interesting discussions, and plenty of curiosity about how materials become the products we use every day.

Thank you to STU for the warm welcome and for giving us the opportunity to share our experience with the students.

A big thank you as well to Nhat Minh Equipment & Chemicals, our partner in Vietnam, for fully supporting Labtech throughout the visit.

When knowledge meets industry, the classroom becomes much bigger.

A day of polymer technology, machines, and hands-on learning at the Faculty of Materials Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT).

Labtech Engineering was pleased to spend the day with students, covering the fundamentals of polymers, blown film and cast film extrusion, followed by a hands-on workshop on our Combi Blown Film & Cast Film Line.

The lecture gave the students the theory. The workshop gave them the chance to put it into their own hands — and they were more than ready to try the machine themselves. Seeing their curiosity and excitement was one of the highlights of our visit.

We were also honoured to provide two scholarships to students who have worked hard in their studies while facing difficult circumstances. We hope our small contribution can give them a little more support along the way.

Thank you to HCMUT for having us, and to Nhat Minh Equipment & Chemicals, our partner in Vietnam, for supporting Labtech throughout the visit.

🎓 LABTECH UNIVERSITY WORKSHOP & SEMINAR
Bridging Theory with Hands-On Experience

Labtech Engineering was pleased to conduct a technical seminar and hands-on workshop for university teachers and students, focusing on Cast Film Extrusion Technology.

👨‍🏫 Participants learned about:
• Basic principles of cast film extrusion
• Machine components and operation
• Key processing parameters
• Film quality and processing conditions
• Machine safety and practical operation

🔧 The session included a live demonstration using Labtech’s Mini Scientific Cast Film Extrusion Line, giving participants valuable hands-on experience with real polymer processing equipment and the opportunity to learn how to operate the machine.
