ดูแลและตอบแชทลูกค้าบนแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee (ก่อนและหลังการขาย)
สื่อสารกับลูกค้าด้วยภาษาไทยอย่างรวดเร็วและเป็นมืออาชีพ
ให้ความช่วยเหลือเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อ การจัดส่ง การคืนสินค้า และข้อร้องเรียน
พัฒนาความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและคะแนนร้านค้า
เก็บรวบรวมความคิดเห็นของลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงร้านค้า
✅ คุณสมบัติ
ภาษาไทยเป็นภาษาแม่
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนหรือภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
คุ้นเคยกับแพลตฟอร์ม Shopee (มีประสบการณ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
พิมพ์เร็ว มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
ใจเย็น มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้าได้
⭐ คุณสมบัติเพิ่มเติม
มีประสบการณ์กับ Shopee, Lazada หรือแพลตฟอร์มอีคอมเมิร์ซอื่นๆ
มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Cross-border E-commerce
มีทักษะการขาย สามารถปิดการขายผ่านแชทได้
💰 เงินเดือนและสวัสดิการ
เงินเดือนพื้นฐาน + โบนัสตามผลงาน

📢 Shopee Customer Service (Thailand)
Location: Chiang Mai, Thailand
🧭 Job Responsibilities
Handle daily customer service operations on Shopee (pre-sales & after-sales)
Respond to customer inquiries in Thai promptly and professionally
Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, and complaints
Improve customer satisfaction and store ratings
Collect customer feedback and support store optimization
✅ Requirements
Thai native speaker
Fluent in Chinese or English (spoken and written)
Familiar with Shopee platform; e-commerce customer service experience preferred
Fast typing skills and strong communication ability
Patient, responsible, and able to handle customer issues effectively
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms
Experience in cross-border e-commerce
Sales mindset with ability to convert inquiries into orders
