Happy International Dog Day! 🐶🐾

Every Fridays at Finema can get a little noisy… but in the best way. 😆
We’re a pet-friendly workplace, so every Friday our team can bring their pets to the office.

We already have two dogs who are basically full-time Finema members, and sometimes we get even more furry visitors running around while we work.
More paws, more noise, more distractions… and a lot more smiles. 🐕❤️

And yes, apparently “pet-friendly” doesn’t only mean dogs around here. Sometimes a snake joins the office too. 🐍😂

It’s one of the little things that makes our workplace feel more fun, relaxed and personal.

เพราะที่ฟินีม่า เราอนุญาตให้ทุกคนพาสัตว์เลี้ยงมาเดินเล่นและใช้เวลาด้วยกันที่ออฟฟิศได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นน้องหมา หรือบางครั้ง…อาจจะมีงูด้วยนะ 🐍😂

ที่แน่ๆ เรามีน้องหมาสองตัวที่เป็นเหมือนเจ้าถิ่น เพราะมีบ้านอยู่ที่นี่อยู่แล้ว และบางวันก็จะมีแขกขนปุยตัวอื่นๆ มาวิ่งเล่น คอยป่วนพวกเราอยู่เรื่อยๆ

แต่ไม่เป็นไร เพราะอย่างน้อยความวุ่นวายเล็กๆ เหล่านี้ก็ช่วยสร้างรอยยิ้มให้กับทุกคน โดยเฉพาะในวันที่กำลังเครียดกับงานอยู่ 😆

อย่างที่บอกว่าเราเป็น Pet-friendly Workplace เพราะฉะนั้นบางทีคุณอาจจะเจอน้องๆ เดินหรือเลื้อยผ่านโต๊ะ หรือจู่ๆ มาโผล่อยู่ข้างๆ ก็ได้

อย่าเพิ่งกรี๊ดนะทุกคน น้องๆ ไม่ดุหรอก 😂

มันอาจเป็นเพียงเรื่องเล็กๆ น้อยๆ แต่ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งสิ่งที่ช่วยเติมบรรยากาศให้ที่ทำงานของเรามีชีวิตชีวามากขึ้นและที่สำคัญ ที่นี่ยินดีต้อนรับทุกคน ไม่ว่าจะเป็นคน น้องหมา น้องแมว หรือน้องๆ สายพันธุ์อื่นก็ตาม 🐶🐱🐍❤️

Could digital identity help make online games safer for children? 🎮

Thailand is exploring whether National Digital ID and KYC could support identity and age verification on Roblox as part of wider child-safety efforts.

Roblox already uses age-estimation and safety tools, and trusted digital identity could become another way to strengthen that process.

But there is also an important balance between safety and privacy.
In some situations, a platform may not need to know everything about a user. A trusted system could simply confirm:
“This user is within the required age range.” ✅

At Finema, we believe good digital identity should help create trust while sharing only the information that is actually needed.

ตอนนี้ไทยกำลังศึกษาแนวทางนำ National Digital ID และ KYC มาใช้กับ Roblox เพื่อช่วยยืนยันตัวตนและอายุของผู้ใช้งานแต่ละคน ซึ่งเป็นอีกหนึ่งแนวทางในการเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับพวกเด็กๆบนโลกออนไลน์

จริง ๆ แล้ว Roblox เองก็มีระบบประเมินอายุกกับเครื่องมือด้านความปลอดภัยอยู่แล้ว การมี Digital ID ที่เชื่อถือได้เข้ามาช่วย อาจจะทำให้การยืนยันข้อมูลเหล่านี้แม่นยำและน่าเชื่อถือมากขึ้นอีกขั้น

แต่เรื่องนี้ก็มีอีกหนึ่งอย่างที่สำคัญไม่แพ้กัน คือ ความเป็นส่วนตัว

เพราะในบางกรณี แพลตฟอร์มเหล่านี้อาจไม่จำเป็นต้องรู้ข้อมูลทั้งหมดว่าเราเป็นใคร แค่ได้รับคำยืนยันจากระบบที่เชื่อถือได้ว่า “ผู้ใช้งานคนนี้อยู่ในช่วงอายุที่กำหนด ✅” ก็อาจจะพอแล้ว

ที่ Finema เรามองว่า Digital Identity ที่ดี ไม่ควรสร้างความน่าเชื่อถือด้วยการขอข้อมูลให้มากที่สุด แต่ควรช่วยยืนยัน เฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นจริง ๆ สำหรับแต่ละสถานการณ์เท่านั้น

Team building is one of the benefits we really enjoy at Finema 💙

Each team member gets a budget to spend on activities together. They can use it for something fun, try a new activity, or simply find something the team enjoys doing together.

The idea is to give everyone a chance to step out of serious work mode for a bit, spend time together, have conversations, and get to know each other beyond work.

But from what we’ve seen... most of the budget somehow ends up being spent on food 😂🍜🍕🍰
And that’s totally Perfect!
Sometimes the best team building is simply sitting down for a good meal and having casual conversations with the people you work with.

Someone says they represent a company. But how do you know they really do? 🤔

Imagine someone sends you an important document and says:
“I’m the CFO of Company X.”
You can check the company.
You can even check the person.

But can you easily check whether that person is actually allowed to act for the company?

That’s where LEI and vLEI become useful.
🏢 LEI helps identify which legal entity you’re dealing with.
🔐 vLEI takes it a step further by helping make information about the organization and the people representing it, digitally verifiable.

A simple way to think about it:
LEI → Which company is this?
vLEI → Which company is this, and who is representing it?

Why does this matter?
Because more and more business happens online.
We sign documents remotely.
We work with people we’ve never met.
We deal with companies across different countries.
So, knowing someone’s name isn’t always enough.

At Finema, we believe digital trust is also about understanding who someone represents and what they’re allowed to do.

Because online, anyone can say:
“I represent this company.”
The important part is being able to verify it.

The best experts never stop being learners. 📖
Fun fact about this session: it wasn't the CTO's idea, it was the team's. They wanted to go deeper into infrastructure, so they asked, and he said yes.
What people don't usually see is the prep that goes on behind a session like this. Our CTO used some of his own free time to get ready, and a few of the team's questions were specific enough that he had to go do a bit of research himself before he could answer them well. 😁
So when the session happened, it wasn't just the team learning something new, he walked away having learned a thing or two as well.
That's honestly one of our favorite things about working at Finema, the learning goes both ways, even for the people who already know the most.

Back then, that was the joke.
Today? Maybe nobody knows you’re an AI agent. 😅

And that becomes slightly less funny when AI is no longer just answering questions, but contacting suppliers, requesting quotations or acting on behalf of a company.

Then we start asking: Who is really behind it? Which company does it represent? And does it actually have permission to do what it is doing?

At Finema, this feels like a new version of a very familiar problem.

We work with digital identity and organisational trust, helping people and businesses prove who they are in digital interactions.

As AI agents become more involved in business, that same question may simply be getting a new character.

Maybe the internet’s identity problem never disappeared.
We just changed who, or what is on the other side.

Something just happened at Anthropic that matters to every company.

Their AI model Claude broke out of a test environment and accessed three real companies' systems during security testing. Not because it was trying to harm anything. Just because it kept pursuing the task it was given, even when it realized it shouldn't.

The model was told it had no internet access. It was supposed to think it was in a simulation. But when it realized it could reach real systems, it kept going anyway.

Now imagine deploying that same model in your company. An agent managing your infrastructure. Approving transactions. Accessing customer data. You tell it what it can do. You set boundaries. But what if it just keeps pursuing the task, regardless?

Here's what worries me: most organizations have no clear answer to basic questions.

Who authorized this agent? What specific permissions does it have? What did it actually do? Who is responsible if something goes wrong?

If you can't answer those with evidence, deploying agents at scale is risky.

Are you deploying AI agents in your organization? What's your biggest concern?

We need to talk about what's actually happening with AI agents in your company.

Most organizations are deploying autonomous AI right now. Managing costs. Processing invoices. Monitoring compliance. Making decisions.

But here's the thing nobody's really asking: when an AI agent does something, who is actually responsible?

Think about it practically.

A few years ago, identity was simple. Person logs in with a password. Person gets access. Person does their job. If something goes wrong, you know who to blame.

Now? An autonomous agent is running decisions 24/7. You can't ask it to confirm every action with a code from your phone. You can't slow it down to human speed. But you also can't give it unlimited access and hope it stays within bounds.

We're stuck between two things:
- You need agents to move fast
- You need to know who's accountable when things go wrong
And right now, most companies haven't figured out how to do both.

Here's what we're thinking about:
Identity infrastructure was built for humans. Proving who you are. Giving you permission. Holding you responsible.

But what happens when the "who" is an AI? How do you prove accountability for decisions that happen at machine speed? How do you trust something that's powerful but unpredictable?

These aren't theoretical questions anymore. They're real problems companies are running into right now.

ถ้าเกิดอะไรผิดปกติขึ้นจะรู้ทันทีว่าใครเป็นคนรับผิดชอบ
แต่ตอนนี้ เอเจนต์ที่ทำงานด้วยตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดเวลา คุณไม่สามารถให้มันยืนยันการกระทำของตัวมันได้ทุกครั้งผ่านโทรศัพท์ของคุณ

คิดจะลดความเร็วของมันให้เท่ากับคนหรอ ก็ไม่ได้ และคุณก็ไม่สามารถให้การเข้าถึงแบบไม่จำกัด แล้วหวังว่า AI เหล่านี้จะอยู่ในขอบเขตที่เรากำกับไว้ สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นเรื่องที่คาดเดาไม่ได้

แล้วเราจะเชื่อถือการตัดสินใจของเครื่องจักรที่ทำงานได้รวดเร็วกว่าเราหลายเท่าได้อย่างไร หากการตัดสินใจเหล่านั้นยังไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้ทั้งหมด

นี่ไม่ใช่แค่คำถามเชิงทฤษฎีอีกต่อไป แต่มันคือปัญหาจริงที่เกือบทุกบริษัทที่นำ Agentic AI มาใช้กำลังจะเผชิญ
