We’ve finally received the drawings for our cottage project 🏡
We went through three iterations: reworked layouts, debated with the architect, and refined the details. Even now, there are still comments — and that’s normal. We’re not moving “faster,” we’re moving “more precisely.”
What matters is that we now have a clear understanding:
— what the project looks like
— how the space is organized
— how private and common zones are separated
— how the entire area will feel
This is no longer just an idea — it’s a defined form we can move forward with 🚧
Next stage — approval and obtaining the Building Permit at the Tessaban 🏢
It’s not a quick process and it takes patience, but it’s a necessary step before construction begins.
We’re not just building villas — we’re creating a cohesive cottage development with character and a well-thought-out environment 🌿

Прошли через три итерации: пересобирали планировки, спорили с архитектором, вычищали детали. И даже сейчас остаются замечания — это нормально, потому что мы идём не «быстрее», а «точнее».
Но главное — теперь есть чёткое понимание:

— как будет ощущаться вся территория
Это уже не идея — это конкретная форма, с которой можно двигаться дальше 🚧

Процесс не быстрый и требует нервов, но это обязательный шаг перед стартом строительства.
