Short Pipe Removal & Blind Fl**ge Installation ดำเนินงานตามแผนระหว่างวันที่ 11 – 14 มีนาคม 2026 สำหรับงานถอด Short Pipe และติดตั้ง Blind Fl**ge บนระบบท่อส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติ ขนาด 30‘‘ ณ โรงไฟฟ้าบางปะกง ภายใต้การดำเนินงานของ การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย(กฟผ.)
งานดำเนินการภายใต้มาตรฐาน ASTM โดยควบคุมทุกขั้นตอนอย่างเข้มงวด ตั้งแต่การเตรียมพื้นที่ด้านความปลอดภัย การถอดและติดตั้งตามแบบวิศวกรรม การควบคุม Fit-up และ Alignment รวมถึงการตรวจสอบก่อนและหลังติดตั้ง
หนึ่งในความท้าทายของงานคือการรื้อถอน Bolt ที่มีอายุการใช้งานมากกว่า 30 ปี ซึ่งต้องใช้เทคนิคและความชำนาญในการถอดโดยไม่กระทบต่ออุปกรณ์และระบบเดิม
หน้างานจริง เราไม่ได้ทำแค่ให้เสร็จตามแผน แต่ต้องมั่นใจว่าทุกขั้นตอนถูกต้องตามมาตรฐาน และพร้อมใช้งานได้อย่างปลอดภัย

The work was executed as planned from March 11–14, 2026, involving the removal of a short pipe and installation of a blind fl**ge on a 30-inch natural gas pipeline at Bang Pakong Power Plant, under the operation of Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand.
All activities were carried out in accordance with ASTM, with strict control at every stage, including site safety preparation, removal and installation in line with engineering drawings, fit-up and alignment control, as well as pre- and post-installation inspections.
One of the key challenges was the removal of bolts that had been in service for over 30 years. This required proper techniques and experienced workmanship to ensure safe removal without impacting existing equipment or the system.
On site, our objective is not only to complete the work as scheduled, but to ensure that every step complies with the required standards and that the system is fully ready for safe operation.
