In 2016, we were proud to be part of the transformation of a local hotel into Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach.
Marriott is well known for its rigorous standards and professionalism, particularly in MEP and Fire & Life Safety (FLS) systems.
Our scope of work included the integration of the Fire Alarm and Fire Protection systems, covering:
• Fire Alarm System integration
• Automatic Sprinkler System
• Gas Suppression System
• ANSUL Kitchen Fire Suppression System
• Coordination and integration of related Fire & Life Safety systems
Working on this project required close coordination across multiple systems and disciplines to ensure that the property met Marriott’s stringent Fire & Life Safety requirements.
A project we are proud to have contributed to—and an important milestone in our experience delivering integrated MEP and life-safety solutions for international hospitality projects.
