บริษัท บีเจซี เฮฟวี่ อินดัสทรี จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ร่วมแสดงความยินดีเนื่องในโอกาสวันคล้ายวันสถาปนา การท่าเรือสัตหีบ ฐานทัพเรือสัตหีบ ครบรอบ 52 ปี โดยได้มอบทุนการศึกษาให้แก่บุตรของข้าราชการทหารเรือ เพื่อสนับสนุนด้านการศึกษาและเป็นขวัญกำลังใจแก่ครอบครัวของผู้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ปกป้องประเทศชาติ

บริษัทฯ ยังคงยึดมั่นในพันธกิจเพื่อสังคม โดยมุ่งมั่นสร้างคุณค่าร่วมกับชุมชนและสังคมอย่างต่อเนื่อง ภายใต้หลักความยั่งยืน เพื่อส่งเสริมการเติบโตทั้งในมิติของธุรกิจและคุณภาพชีวิตของสังคม

On 23 July 2025,
BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited (BJCHI) had the honor of joining in the celebration of the 52nd anniversary of the establishment of the Sattahip Port, Royal Thai Navy Base. On this occasion, the Company provided educational scholarships to the children of naval officers, in support of their educational development and as a gesture of appreciation and encouragement to the families of those who serve and protect the nation.

The Company remains committed to its social responsibility mission, continuously striving to create shared value with communities and society under the principles of sustainability promoting long-term growth in both business and societal well-being.

On July 11, 2025, BJC Heavy Industries Public Company Limited (BJCHI) had the great pleasure of welcoming the executive team from Cimtas (Ningbo) Steel Processing Co., Ltd. Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. and Mitsubishi Power (Thailand) Ltd. for an official visit to the Company’s headquarters.
This visit not only provided an excellent opportunity to exchange industrial insights and experiences but also marked an important step toward exploring potential future business collaboration.

BJCHI ได้จัดการประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ประจำปี 2568 ขึ้น ผ่านระบบประชุมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เมื่อวันที่ 22 เมษายน 2568ที่สำนักงานใหญ่ของบริษัท บีเจซี เฮฟวี่ อินดัสทรี จำกัด (มหาชน) จังหวัดระยอง โดยมีผู้ถือหุ้นมาเข้าร่วมประชุมขณะเริ่มประชุมรวม 28 ราย นับจำนวนหุ้นได้ทั้งสิ้น 1,182,983,625 หุ้น คิดเป็นร้อยละ 73.95 ของจำนวนหุ้นที่จำหน่ายได้ทั้งหมดของบริษัท ก่อนเริ่มการประชุม

BJCHI held 2025 Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2025 at the Company’s head office, Rayong by Electronic Meeting (E-AGM). There were 28 shareholders attending the Meeting representing 1,182,983,625 shares or 73.95% of total issued shares of the Company, at the commencement of the meeting

BJCHI contributed to the donation of electric fans to Wat Makham Diao, located in Makham Khu Subdistrict, Nikhom Phatthana District, Rayong Province. These fans were provided to support various charitable events aimed at fostering unity and harmony within the community as part of the “Golden Jar of Fortune” initiative.
