“วาสโม” รับบัตรส่งเสริม BOI ปักหมุดโรงงานเคมีภัณฑ์และโลหะผสม (Alloys) จากสารเร่งปฎิกิริยาแห่งแรกในไทย
2 เมษายน 2569 บริษัท วาสโม จำกัด (VASMO) บริษัทในเครือ Plus Exploration Group ประกาศความสำเร็จครั้งสำคัญ หลังได้รับบัตรส่งเสริมการลงทุนจากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) สำหรับโรงงานผลิตเคมีภัณฑ์และโลหะผสม (Alloys) จากสารเร่งปฏิกิริยาที่ผ่านการใช้งาน โดยมีมูลค่าการลงทุนรวมกว่า 1,000 ล้านบาท
ในพิธีมอบบัตรส่งเสริมการลงทุนครั้งนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก นายนฤตม์ เทอดสถีรศักดิ์ เลขาธิการบีโอไอ เป็นผู้มอบบัตรอย่างเป็นทางการ สะท้อนถึงความเชื่อมั่นของภาครัฐต่อศักยภาพของโครงการในการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มและเสริมความแข็งแกร่งให้กับภาคอุตสาหกรรมไทย
โครงการดังกล่าวถือเป็นโรงงานแห่งแรกในประเทศไทยที่มุ่งเน้นการผลิตเคมีภัณฑ์และโลหะผสมในระดับอุตสาหกรรม โดยผลิตภัณฑ์สามารถนำไปใช้ในหลากหลายอุตสาหกรรม อาทิ โลหะผสม สแตนเลส และแบตเตอรี่สำหรับยานยนต์ไฟฟ้า (EV) ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่มีแนวโน้มเติบโตอย่างต่อเนื่อง
นายสิทธิชัย ตลับนาค ประธานบริษัท วาสโม จำกัด เปิดเผยว่า การได้รับบัตรส่งเสริมการลงทุนจาก BOI ในครั้งนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญของบริษัทในการเดินหน้าพัฒนาโครงการดังกล่าว โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้กับทรัพยากรภายในประเทศ ลดการพึ่งพาการนำเข้า และสนับสนุนการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมไทยในระยะยาว
ทั้งนี้ โรงงานมีกำหนดเปิดดำเนินการในปี 2570 และคาดว่าจะมีบทบาทสำคัญในการเสริมสร้างความยั่งยืนทั้งด้านเศรษฐกิจและสิ่งแวดล้อมของประเทศ โดยบริษัทดำเนินธุรกิจภายใต้แนวทางเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน (Circular Economy) มุ่งเน้นการใช้ทรัพยากรอย่างคุ้มค่า ลดของเสีย และพัฒนาอุตสาหกรรมควบคู่กับความรับผิดชอบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
การได้รับการส่งเสริมจาก BOI ในครั้งนี้ ไม่เพียงเป็นความสำเร็จของบริษัท วาสโม จำกัด เท่านั้น แต่ยังสะท้อนถึงอีกก้าวสำคัญของประเทศไทยในการเสริมสร้างศักยภาพการผลิต และรองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมแห่งอนาคต
VASMO Receives BOI Investment Promotion Certificate, Establishing Thailand’s First Chemicals and Alloys Production Facility
2 April 2026, VASMO Company Limited, a subsidiary of PLUS Exploration Group, has announced a major milestone after receiving an investment promotion certificate from the Board of Investment of Thailand (BOI) for its chemicals and alloys production facility. The project represents a total investment of over THB 1 billion.
The investment promotion certificate was graciously presented by Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General of the BOI, underscoring strong government confidence in the project’s potential to create value and strengthen Thailand’s industrial sector.
This project marks the first facility in Thailand dedicated to producing chemicals and alloys at an industrial scale. The products will serve a wide range of industries, including alloy production, stainless steel, and electric vehicle (EV) batteries—sectors that continue to demonstrate strong growth potential.
Mr. Sittichai Talapnak, President of VASMO Company Limited, stated that receiving BOI investment promotion represents a significant milestone in advancing the project. The company aims to enhance value creation from domestic resources, reduce reliance on imports, and support the long-term growth of Thailand’s industrial sector.
The facility is scheduled to commence operations in 2027 and is expected to play a key role in strengthening both economic and environmental sustainability in Thailand. Operating under the Circular Economy concept, the company focuses on efficient resource utilization, waste reduction, and responsible industrial development.
This BOI promotion not only represents a key achievement for VASMO Company Limited, but also marks an important step forward for Thailand in enhancing its manufacturing capabilities and supporting the growth of future industries.
