© วันนี้เราได้ทำการหล่อผลิต ชิ้นส่วนปั้ม. = Vertical Pump Bowl = ขึ้นมาใหม่ โดย วัสดุเป็น เหล็กหล่อ [ Cast Iron : FC 250 ]

© ซึ่งชิ้นงานนี้ มีรายละเอียดภายในค่อนข้างซับซ้อน และต้องการความถูกต้องแม่นยำเป็นพิเศษ กว่าชื้นงานหล่อโลหะโดยทั้วไป

โดยเฉพาะตำแหน่งของ รูเพลา จะต้อง มีการจัดวางให้ได้แนวตำแหน่ง (Alignment) ที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำ ไม่เยื้องศูนย์

มิฉะนั้น เวลาที่เรานำชิ้นงานหล่อ ไปทำการประกอบเข้ากับตัวเสื้อปั้ม เพลา (Shafts) และ ใบพัด จะไม่สามารถ ประกอบเข้ากันได้ หรือเมือ่นำไปใช้งาน จะเกิดปัญหาการ สั่นสะเทีอน (Vibration) ตามมา ทำให้ปั้มทำงานได้ ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ เท่าที่ควร

© ฉะนั้น ชิ้นงานหล่อที่มีขนาดที่ถูกต้องแม่นยำ จึงมีความสำคัญมาก ในชิ้นส่วนปั้ม อุตสาหกรรม
