Kalite ve Hassasiyet Testleri
MES testleri, ürünlerin dayanıklılığı, hassasiyeti ve performansını ölçmek için yürütülüyor. Mikroyapı ve metalografik incelemeler, k*m ve yüzey dayanım testleri, sertlik ve çekme analizleri, kimyasal doğrulamalar titizlikle uygulanıyor. 3D optik tarama ve CMM ölçümleri ile boyutsal hassasiyet ve koordinat bazlı doğruluk sağlanıyor. Her test, yüksek standartlarda kalite ve veri sunuyor.

Quality and Precision Testing
MES testing evaluates product durability, precision, and performance. Microstructure and metallographic inspections, sand and surface durability tests, hardness and tensile analyses, and chemical verifications are carried out meticulously. Dimensional precision and coordinate-based accuracy are ensured through 3D optical scanning and CMM measurements. Every test provides high-standard quality data.

Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü kapsamında, Yılmaz Grup olarak kadın çalışanlarımızla anlamlı bir buluşma gerçekleştirdik.

Nefes ve Farkındalık Koçu Raquel Habib mentörlüğünde gerçekleşen söyleşide, kadınların iş hayatındaki gücü, deneyimleri ve potansiyelleri gibi konular ele alındı. “Gücümüzün farkında olmak” teması etrafında şekillenen bu buluşma, birlikte düşünmek, paylaşmak ve ilham almak için değerli bir fırsat sundu.

Üretimde, yönetimde ve hayatın her alanında değer katan tüm kadınların 8 Mart Dünya Kadınlar Günü’nü kutluyoruz.

As Yılmaz Group, we held a meaningful gathering with our women employees in celebration of International Women’s Day on March 8.

During the talk led by Breath and Mindfulness Coach Raquel Habib, topics such as the strength of women in the workplace, their experiences, and their potential were discussed. Centered around the theme “Being Aware of Our Strength,” this meeting provided a valuable opportunity to reflect together, share experiences, and draw inspiration.

MES Döküm Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Ender Yılmaz “4 tezgâhlık bir atölyeden 300.000 m² kapalı alana sahip bir yapıya geçtik.” sözleriyle MES Elektromekanik Döküm, mütevazı bir başlangıçtan bugün sektöründe ölçek, teknoloji ve üretim gücüyle öne çıkan bir yapıya dönüşme yolculuğunu anlattı.

Bugün MES, sadece kapasitesiyle değil; bilgi birikimi, kalite anlayışı ve sürdürülebilir büyüme hedefiyle geleceği şekillendiriyor.

Ender Yılmaz, Chairman of the Board of MES Döküm, stated, “We have grown from a workshop with four machines to a facility with 300,000 m² of enclosed production space,” describing MES Elektromekanik Döküm’s journey from a modest beginning to becoming a company that stands out in its industry with its scale, technology, and production strength.
