The 20,000 m2 factory and the office of the ÇSİ, is equiped with the equipmets which have the highest engineering and producting technology. Our goal is to sell our products using the ÇSİ brand in the domestic and abroad markets;presenting the highest quality and service, combining with our experiences we gained during years.All of the equipments we use in the production of our silos have ISO 9001

:2000 certificate and supplies all the requirements of the Quality Management System.

ÇSİ is has become an expert of the production of the silos and their equipments, in their highest technology equipped institutions. Our main attribute is our capability of doing the montage of the silos, which have different diameter and tonages, and their carrying equipments and the concrete bottoms at the shortest duration as possible. This attribute is the basic of our success.

ÇSİ has prooved its difference with its experienced quality control unit and Ar-Ge unit. ÇSİ uses modern machines and equipments in all the steps of the production and its engineering team which has the highest technology and quality, analyses the necessities of the customers continiously. The experienced engineering team in the Ar-Ge department, uses the latest computer programmes and techniques while preparing the project designs, developments, patterns, drawings and the production systems.

ÇSİ is always continiuing its search of quality, to answer the customers? necessities and to give the products which have the highest quality. The basic components of our quality of production is the necessities of our customers combining with the highest technology. And our humansource who realizes our quality, is the one of the basic subjects we make our investments in. The main route of our journey for the quality search is to emphatize the modern necessities and also to forecast the future necessities of our customers. The main aim of ÇSİ is to improve its success day by day and give the customers the continuous and the best quality of product and service.

Our AFLİDAŞ Licensed Storage facility, owned by the Afyon Trade Exchange located in Afyonkarahisar, has a storage capacity of 30,000 tons and a carrying capacity of 150 tons/hour. The assembly process has been successfully completed and the licensing procedures have been finalized.

Afyonkarahisar Merkez’de bulunan Afyon Ticaret Borsası’na ait AFLİDAŞ Lisanslı Depoculuk A.Ş. tesisimiz; 30.000 ton depolama kapasitesi ve 150 ton/saat taşıma kapasitesine sahip olup, montaj süreci başarıyla tamamlanmış ve lisans işlemleri sonuçlandırılmıştır.

Geçtiğimiz yıl başarıyla tamamlayarak devreye aldığımız 37.500 m³ kapasite artırımı projesiyle iş birliğimizin temellerini güçlendirdiğimiz, Afyonkarahisar Ticaret Borsası’nın değerli iştiraki AFLİDAŞ ile, şimdi de yeni bir projeye imza atıyoruz! Afyonkarahisar Merkez’de kurulacak olan tesisimiz 38.000 m³ depolama kapasitesine ve saatte 150 ton taşıma kapasitesine sahip olacak.

Bu anlamlı iş birliğinde bir kez daha çözüm ortağı olarak yer almaktan mutluluk duyuyor, projenin tüm paydaşlar için hayırlı olmasını diliyoruz.

We are now signing a new project with AFLİDAŞ, the valuable participant of Afyonkarahisar Ticaret Borsası, with which we have strengthened the foundations of our cooperation with the 37,500 m³ capacity increase project that we successfully completed and commissioned last year! Our facility to be established in Afyonkarahisar Merkez will have a storage capacity of 38,000 m³ and a caryying system capacity of 150 tons per hour.

Increases Grain Storage Capacity with Çukurova Silo!

BUA GROUP, one of the Africa’s leading food producers, has decided to invest in two new projects to increase its grain storage capacity, in addition to the three successful projects it has completed in the past (IRS-1 Project 34,380 m³, IRS-2 Project 26,830 m³ and BUA School Project 59,250 m³).

The new projects are PHC Trailer Park Project will have 30,870 m³ storage capacity and Tarabaroz Project will have 40,000 m³ storage capacity. With these investments, BUA GROUP’s total grain storage capacity will reach 192,000 m³ when completed.

BUA GROUP has important role in food safety and agriculture in Africa, aims to increase activities in food production in the region and strengthen its competitiveness in the international market with these investments. These new projects of the company will support agricultural productivity and also contribute to local economies.

Afrika’nın önde gelen gıda üreticilerinden BUA GROUP, geçmişte tamamladığı üç başarılı projeye (IRS-1 Projesi 34.380 m³, IRS-2 Projesi 26.830 m³ ve BUA School Projesi 59.250 m³) ek olarak, tahıl depolama kapasitesini artırma hedefiyle Çukurova Silo ile birlikte iki yeni projeye daha imza atma kararı aldı.
Yeni projeler arasında yer alan PHC Trailer Park Projesi 30.870 m³, Tarabaroz Projesi ise 40.000 m³ kapasiteye sahip olacak. Bu yatırımlarla birlikte BUA GROUP’un toplam tahıl depolama kapasitesi, tamamlandığında 192.000 m³’e ulaşacak.
Afrika’da gıda güvenliği ve tarım alanında önemli bir rol üstlenen BUA GROUP, bu yatırımlarla hem bölgedeki gıda üretiminde etkinliğini artırmayı hedefliyor hem de uluslararası pazardaki rekabet gücünü pekiştiriyor. Şirketin bu yeni projeleri, tarımsal üretkenliği desteklerken, aynı zamanda yerel ekonomilere de katkı sağlayacak.
