Aktif Deterjan ve Kimya Sanayi A.Ş. 1997 yılında kurulmuş olup 1999 yılında yatırımını tamamlayarak üretime geçmiştir. Adapazarı Kaynarca ilçesi Taşoluk Köyü’nde 80.000 m2 açık alan, 6000 m2 kapalı alanda yerleşik olan fabrika, 2006 yılında ek üretim tesislerini tamamlayarak üretim kapasitesini yıllık 35.000 ton LABSA (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid), 15.000 ton SLES (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulp
hate) ve 25.000 ton sıvı ve jel deterjan üretimine çıkartmıştır. Esas olarak LABSA, SLES, jel ve sıvı deterjan üretimi yapılan tesislerde aynı zamanda çeşitli genel temizlik ürünleri(yüzey temizleyiciler, sıvı sabunlar, kireç çözücü..vb) üretimi de yapılmaktadır. Tesislerde çevre faktörleri hassasiyet ile değerlendirilmektedir: Hiçbir kimyasal atığı olmayan fabrika; elektrostatik filtre, gaz tutucuları ve evsel atık arıtma tesisleri ile tam anlamıyla çevreci bir yapıdadır. Konusunda tecrübeli mühendis ve teknisyenler tarafından, PLC destekli üretim yapılan fabrikamızda tüm ürünler kalite-kontrol testlerinden geçirilmektedir. Aktif Deterjan ve Kimya Sanayi A.S. was founded in 1997 in Kaynarca, Adapazarı, TURKEY. Infrastructure was completed in 1999 and the production of Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulfonic Acid (LABSA) has started the same year. The manufacturing plant stands in an open area of 80.000 m2 and an interior area of 6.000 m2. Additional production facilities were built in 2006, after which Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLES) production has started and the overall capacity increased to 35.000 MT/year of LABSA, 15.000 MT/year of SLES and 25.000 MT/year of liquid and gel detergents. In addition to LABSA,SLES, liquid and gel detergents, the plant also manufactures a variety of general cleaning materials such as hand soap, surface disinfectants and descalers. Environmental impact is professionally minimized: the plant is equipped with electrostatic filters, gas scrubbers and waste treatment units to avoid any chemical waste dropped directly to the surrounding ecosystem.
