Our Story

Ozek Makina is founded in 1968 to serve rotary equipments in cement, gypsum, fertilizer and petrochemical industries and today nearly 50 years later still improving itself by combining R&D and experience of over 350 services. We provide innovative solutions to our world-wide clients.

We provide rotary kiln services such as cold & hot kiln alignment and in situ machining & grinding services for tyres, rollers and thrust rollers of rotary equipments such as kilns, mills, dryers, coolers, granulators and agglomerators while equipment is in full operation at up to 3,5 rpm. Ozek Makina also has periodical services, consultancy, supervision and rotary kiln lubricants in its service range. Our goal is to invent and fabricate specific equipments to solve rotary kiln problems without affecting the production.

We focus on improving our engineering capabilities to international standards by innovative equipments, software and hardware solutions for various rotary kilns in various dimensions. Our awarded R&D team supports our site engineers for one exact goal, success.

Ozek Makina has provided solutions for almost all heavy-industry plants in Turkey where it was born and serviced many international brands in more than 90 plants across 20 countries from America to Vietnam, Argentina to Indonesia.
