It is designed for the high-precision cutting of PVC and aluminum profiles used in many fields, such as door, window, and façade systems. The cutting unit is controlled by computer-operated pneumatic cylinders through special software and is capable of performing precise cuts at -45°, 90°, and +45° angles. Thanks to the unit’s ability to position itself for both internal and external angles, profile cutting is possible down to a minimum length of X mm.
At 90° cuts, all PVC and aluminum profiles with a height of X mm, a width of Y mm, and a length of up to 8000 mm can be processed. The system ensures error-free and fast production through its automatic angle adjustment, cut-list creation, and profile recognition functions. Its profile slicing feature enables serial cutting at the desired lengths.
Cutting quality is ensured by the high-pressure clamping system. This system prevents vibration of the profile during the process, while support elements prevent sagging. It also contributes to extending the lifespan of the saw blade. Hydrocheck and the integrated cooling system are additional features that ensure long-lasting and efficient saw performance.
Operational control is provided through an industrial PC with a user-friendly interface. The automatic protective covers activated during cutting maintain high-level safety standards.
