It is designed for the high-precision cutting of PVC and aluminum profiles used in many fields, such as door, window, and façade systems. The cutting unit is controlled by computer-operated pneumatic cylinders through special software and is capable of performing precise cuts at -45°, 90°, and +45° angles. Thanks to the unit’s ability to position itself for both internal and external angles, profile cutting is possible down to a minimum length of X mm.

At 90° cuts, all PVC and aluminum profiles with a height of X mm, a width of Y mm, and a length of up to 8000 mm can be processed. The system ensures error-free and fast production through its automatic angle adjustment, cut-list creation, and profile recognition functions. Its profile slicing feature enables serial cutting at the desired lengths.

Cutting quality is ensured by the high-pressure clamping system. This system prevents vibration of the profile during the process, while support elements prevent sagging. It also contributes to extending the lifespan of the saw blade. Hydrocheck and the integrated cooling system are additional features that ensure long-lasting and efficient saw performance.

Operational control is provided through an industrial PC with a user-friendly interface. The automatic protective covers activated during cutting maintain high-level safety standards.

The FC-550 is a high-precision, servo-controlled system developed for the serial cutting of PVC profiles. With its 22” industrial PC interface, the machine ensures reliable control and accuracy throughout the cutting process.

The operator can load up to 8 profiles with lengths ranging from 0.7 m to 6.5 m onto the feeding conveyor. After initiating the cycle, the system performs fully automated cutting operations. A robotic arm and a high-performance saw unit allow angle adjustments between 45° and 135°, enabling flexible and precise cutting for various profile requirements.

Upon completion, the processed profiles are automatically transferred to the outlet conveyor. Barcode labeling functionality is available to ensure traceability and readiness for the assembly stage.

The machine welds four corners of PVC profiles simultaneously at a 90° angle with high precision. Operates in automatic mode with data transfer from window design software.

A PID-controlled heating system ensures standard-compliant welding strength. Temperature, melting, and bonding times are individually adjustable for each profile type. The heating plates provide uniform heat distribution, independent of ambient conditions.

The machine performs strong and precise welding of two PVC profile corners in a single operation. The fixed left head enables welding at adjustable angles between 60° and 180°. The manually positioned movable head is secured by pneumatic braking system, providing stable and accurate operation. Thanks to the maintenance mode, heating plates can be cleaned quickly and easily. All machine functions are managed via a digital touchscreen control panel. The special Teflon coating system ensures long service life and easy replacement.

The manually movable right head performs welding at 90°. The machine is capable of welding both colored and white profiles with a 0.2 mm welding seam limitation, ensuring aesthetically clean results.
