Orhan Industrial Belts is an "Authorized Fabricator of Gates TPU Timing Belts" since 2007. We have advanced capabilities which are essential for industrial belting applications.
- Welding of a variety of industrial belts can be done to make them endless. +30 different timing belt molds can cover up the whole range of tooth pitches while covering different sizes both in width and length. We are also capable of welding conveyor belts up to 2 meters.
- Coating of a variety of materials on industrial belts can be done. More than 50 different materials can be used as a coating material with different technical outcomes where more than 30 of them are on stock and ready to apply. Rubbers, polyurethanes, felts, special thermoplastics, PVCs, and silicones can be used to get better abrasion, heat resistance, food contact, and cleanability. Orhan Industrial Belts has its own endless silicone coating technology which means fast service and reliable products.
- Machining is a very typical customization process for us. Grinding, punching, tooth removal, water-jet cutting, and CNC machining can all be done neatly in one workshop.
- Cleat/cam applications can all be done in-house by using 4 different techniques by using 5 different types of machinery which including High-Frequency. We are specialized in polyurethane timing belts and polyurethane conveyors.
