Kentsel Dönüşüm Tanıtım Ofisi

Kentsel dönüşüm, doğru iletişimle başlar.
Mahalle ölçeğinde kurgulanan bu yapı, kentsel dönüşüm sürecine dair bilgilendirme ve iletişim için tasarlandı.
Tek katlı kütle organizasyonu ve şeffaf cephe kurgusu, kamusal alan ile iç mekân arasında açık ve davetkâr bir ilişki kurmayı amaçlıyor.
Giriş aksını tanımlayan düşey eleman ve yatay saçak hattı ise yapının kent içindeki görünürlüğünü güçlendirirken, kullanıcıyı yönlendiren sade bir mimari dil oluşturuyor.
Çünkü bu süreç, sadece yapıları değil, yaşamları da dönüştürüyor.

Urban Transformation Information Office

Urban transformation begins with the right communication.
Designed at a neighborhood scale, this structure serves as an information and communication hub for the urban transformation process.
The single-story mass organization and transparent facade establish an open and inviting relationship between the public realm and the interior space.
The vertical element defining the entrance axis, together with the horizontal canopy line, enhances the building’s visibility within the urban context while guiding users through a clear architectural language.
Because this process transforms not only buildings, but lives.

NİLÜFERKÖY ET EVİ

Arazi, yönlenme ve peyzaj birlikte ele alınarak kurgulanan bir konut.
Mimari dil, çevresiyle dengeli bir ilişki kuracak şekilde sade ve kontrollü tutuldu.

A residence shaped by the combined consideration of site, orientation and landscape.
The architectural language is kept calm and controlled to establish a balanced relationship with its surroundings.

NİLÜFERKÖY ET EVİ

Kırma çatı formu, yapıya tanıdık ve zamansız bir siluet kazandırırken cephede kurulan düşey ritim kütlenin ölçeğini parçalayarak daha dengeli bir mimari dil oluşturuyor.
Taş, sıva ve ahşap dokuların birlikte kullanıldığı cephe kurgusu, malzemelerin doğal karakterini ön plana çıkarırken yapının bulunduğu çevreyle uyumlu bir bütün oluşturmasını sağlıyor.
Geniş açıklıklar ve teraslar ise iç mekân ile bahçe arasındaki ilişkiyi güçlendirerek yaşam alanlarının gün ışığı ve peyzajla doğrudan temas kurmasına olanak tanıyor.
Böylece yapı, yalnızca bir konut değil; bahçe, ışık ve gündelik yaşamın birlikte kurduğu bir mekânsal deneyime dönüşüyor.

The pitched roof gives the building a familiar and timeless silhouette, while the vertical rhythm of the façade elements breaks down the scale of the mass and creates a balanced architectural language.
The combination of stone, plaster, and wood highlights the natural character of the materials and helps the building form a harmonious relationship with its surroundings.
Large openings and terraces strengthen the connection between interior spaces and the garden, allowing living areas to engage directly with daylight and landscape.
In this way, the building becomes more than a residence — it turns into a spatial experience shaped by garden, light, and everyday life.

ENGELSİZ YAŞAM MERKEZİ

Kamusal bir yapının en önemli sorumluluğu, bulunduğu çevre ile güçlü bir ilişki kurabilmektir.
Engelsiz Yaşam Merkezi projesinde yapı, güney yönüne açılarak hem doğal ışığı iç mekânlara taşımayı hem de yanındaki park ile doğrudan bir kamusal ilişki kurmayı hedefler.
Şeffaf cephe kurgusu, iç mekân ile dış mekân arasındaki sınırı yumuşatırken yapının kamusal karakterini güçlendirir.
Cephede kullanılan renkli güneş kırıcılar, gün ışığını kontrollü biçimde filtrelerken yapıya ritmik ve canlı bir ifade kazandırır.
Arazinin eğimi ve açık alan kullanımı birlikte ele alınarak farklı kotlarda teraslanan bir dış mekân düzeni oluşturuldu.
Bu yaklaşım, hem erişilebilirliği destekleyen hem de kullanıcıların açık alanla sürekli ilişki kurmasını sağlayan bir mekânsal kurgu üretir.

One of the primary responsibilities of a public building is to establish a strong relationship with its surroundings.
In the Barrier-Free Living Center project, the building opens toward the south to bring natural daylight into the interiors while establishing a direct spatial connection with the adjacent park.
The transparent façade softens the boundary between interior and exterior, reinforcing the public character of the building.
Colored sun-shading panels on the façade filter daylight in a controlled way while giving the building a rhythmic and vibrant architectural expression.
The sloped site is used to create terraced outdoor spaces at different levels, forming an accessible spatial sequence that allows users to remain continuously connected with the landscape.

VİA BADEMLİ

Via Bademli’de konutu yalnızca bir yapı olarak değil,
ışık, peyzaj ve kullanıcı ilişkisi üzerinden ele aldık.
Gün içindeki değişim, yaklaşma hissi ve iç-dış sürekliliği projenin temel kararlarını oluşturuyor.
Her mekân, zamana temas ettikçe anlam kazanır.

In Via Bademli, we approached the residence not merely as a structure, but through its relationship with light, landscape, and the user.
The transformation of daylight, the sense of approach, and the continuity between interior and exterior define the core design decisions.
Architecture gains meaning as it comes into contact with time.

VİA BADEMLİ

Her tasarım, bağlamın sunduğu verilerle yapılan bir müzakerenin ürünüdür.
Bu projede parselin emsal hakkı, eğimli topografyası ve yönlenme kriterleri birlikte ele alındı. Kütleyi tek bir hacimde çözmek yerine programın iki bloğa ayrılması, bu verilerin ürettiği daha dengeli ve rasyonel bir yerleşim stratejisi olarak ortaya çıktı.
İki bloklu kurgu; yoğunluğun araziye kontrollü biçimde dağıtılmasını sağlarken kütle ölçeğini insan ölçeğine yaklaştırdı. Aynı zamanda yapının zemine daha dengeli oturmasına ve kazı–dolgu müdahalesinin minimize edilmesine olanak tanıdı.
Kot farkı yalnızca fiziksel bir zorunluluk olarak değil, mekânsal organizasyonu kademelendiren bir tasarım girdisi olarak ele alındı. Her iki blok da doğal ışık ve manzara ile güçlü bir ilişki kuracak şekilde konumlandırıldı.
Sonuç olarak proje; yoğunluk, topografya ve yönlenme kararlarının birlikte ürettiği bütüncül bir kompozisyon olarak şekillendi.

Every design is the outcome of a negotiation with the data offered by its context.
In this project, the plot’s floor area ratio, sloped topography, and orientation criteria were evaluated collectively. Rather than consolidating the mass into a single volume, dividing the program into two blocks emerged as a more balanced and rational settlement strategy derived from these parameters.
The two-block configuration allows for a controlled distribution of density across the site while bringing the mass scale closer to the human scale. It also enables the building to sit more naturally on the terrain, minimizing excavation and fill interventions.
The level difference was not treated merely as a physical constraint, but as a design input that structures spatial organization through sectional layering. Both blocks were positioned to establish a strong relationship with natural light and the surrounding views.
Ultimately, the project took shape as a holistic composition generated by the interplay of density, topography, and orientation decisions.

T.C. SAĞLIK BAKANLIĞI KESTEL KALE AİLE SAĞLIĞI MERKEZİ

Tasarımdan Gerçeğe

Tasarım yaklaşımımız; sade, okunabilir ve güven veren bir yapı üretmekti.
Düşey nişlerle oluşturulan cephe ritmi, abartısız renk paleti ve net kütle kurgusu ile modern ama zamansız bir ifade hedefledik.
Kütle oranları, açıklık düzeni ve cephe derinlikleri; işlevin gerektirdiği düzeni dışarıdan da okunur kılacak biçimde kurgulandı.
Proje, tasarım kararlarına sadık kalınarak uygulama sürecinde hayata geçirildi.
Çizim ile inşa arasındaki bu dönüşümde, size göre en güçlü an hangisi?

From Design To Reality

Our design approach was to create a structure that is simple, legible, and instills confidence.
Through vertical recesses, a restrained color palette, and a clear mass composition, we aimed for a modern yet timeless expression.
Mass proportions, opening arrangements, and façade depths were carefully articulated to make the functional order readable from the exterior.
The project was realized in alignment with the original design decisions throughout the construction process.

Yaşayan Meydan

Bu proje, kamusal alanın farklı senaryolara uyum sağlayabilme potansiyeli üzerine kurgulandı.
Fiziksel sınırlar sabit kalsa da, kullanım biçimleri dönüşebilir.
Açık alan organizasyonu, dolaşım kurgusu ve sahneleşmeye imkân veren boşluklar;
mekânın farklı programlara açık, dönüşebilir bir kamusal zemin olarak işlemesini hedefledi.

Living Square

This project was conceived around the potential of public space to adapt to different scenarios.
While its physical boundaries remain constant, modes of use can transform.
The open space organization, circulation strategy, and stage-like voids
were designed to enable the space to operate as a transformable public ground, open to multiple programs.

Bir yapının değeri, çevresinde toplanan hayatla ölçülür.

Living Square

A square is not just an empty space.
It gains meaning through color, sound, and crowd.
The value of a building is measured by the life that gathers around it.
This project was designed not only to define public space, but to activate it.

Sıradan bir ticaret + konut yapısı olabilirdi.
Ama biz projeye yapıdan değil, meydandan başladık.
Zemin katı şeffaf tuttuk.
Kamusal akışı içeri davet ettik.
Üst katları geri çekerek meydanı tanımladık.
Yapı tasarlamadık.
Bir buluşma zemini kurguladık.

It could have been an ordinary mixed-use building.
But we started not from the building —
we started from the square.
We kept the ground floor transparent.
We invited public flow inside.
We stepped back the upper floors
to define the open space.
We didn’t just design a building.
We designed a ground for gathering.

Zemin katta ticari üniteler, üst katlarda konut kullanımı ve önünde etkinliklere ev sahipliği yapabilecek bir meydan…

Bu proje; yaşam, ticaret ve kamusal alanı aynı potada buluşturan kompakt bir kentsel çözüm sunuyor.
Şeffaf zemin kat yaklaşımı ile sokakla güçlü bir ilişki kurarken, üst kütlede daha sakin ve dengeli bir yaşam alanı tasarlandı.

Mimarlık, yalnızca yapı üretmek değil; bir araya gelme kültürü üretmektir.

Urban life is shaped not only by buildings, but also by the spaces between them.

With commercial units at ground level, residential spaces above, and a square designed to host community events, this project offers a compact mixed-use urban solution.

The transparent ground floor strengthens the connection with the street, while the upper volume provides a calm and balanced residential character.

Architecture is not only about constructing buildings; it is about creating places for people to gather.
